Mike Miller co-owns an alley, arguably the best alley in my area, with unarguably the BEST pro shop operator in the region. This was SO fun to watch in 2023. I hope I can tell Mike I saw his game and his dance!
I find it interesting that it wasn't mentioned (unless I missed it) but Danny and Tim grew up a half an hour away from each other and knew each other from an early age. I bowled against Tim in local association tournaments as a teenager and worked with Danny at a pro shop for a few years in the late 80s. Also, the announcers talked about Tim's ball speed but never once mentioned that's why he got his nickname of "Turtle" on the tour.
I roll thumbless onehanded and I need to watch and learn from Miller. Our team won my very first league game last week and it was a dramatic and fun time!
You may have seen that the announcer stated that this was the 14th, not 15th, TV 300. The reason is that on May 3, 1997, Jason Queen bowled a TV 300 at the ABC (Bud Light) Masters in Huntsville, AL. However, that event was not sanctioned as an official PBA event at the time. In May 2008, the PBA retroactively upgraded the Masters to PBA event status, and statistics for all PBA members were adjusted accordingly. One of those stats, of course, was Queen's 300, so every TV 300 between Queen's achievement and the May 2008 retroactive upgrade (eight total) was shifted back by one. Hope that clears the confusion.
Sorry, but the crowd yelling while the bowlers were on the approach? Especially the last ball for 300. It sounded like 10 cent beer night at an MMA contest.
yea now its like golf and losing its crowd base and players get upset if the hear a person yawn. Bowling is dying now, they should bring back the crowds imo
So far, Parker Bohn III and Mike Miller are the only two that I can recall right now with PBA 300 games on the gold pins. There is a video on TH-cam that has all the televised PBA 300 games. Check it out.
Lol, looking at this with a Covid-19 eye, Mike licks his hand every ball and then gives out high fives with the same hand he’s been licking each frame! Mike “the Vector” Miller!
don't think booster drugs works with bowling lol, sure it may give him some extra revs or power but it doesn't help his accuracy, especially if he's lacin lol
Why is it people say someone is on drugs when they achieve something incredible? I definitely believe the bozos saying Mike is on coke are [ Jealous] Unless you got proof, stop with the hateful jealousy!!!
He was all wired at the showboat. What an embarrassment. Acted like a little baby on his birthday, crying because he didn't bowl good on his birthday. Wonder if he's ever worked a real job
his mother had a lot of health issues and he stayed away from the lanes to run his online clothing business (I bought some stuff and he blogged about it), then he had some injuries and kinda faded away sadly.
What sportsmanship from Danny Wiseman and the other competitors.

How did I just find this video... Mike Miller used to be my boss back in Rio Rancho New Mexico.
Lol... Lucky you!
Doing what?
Got to meet Mike a while back! Great guy and very nice! Class act!

Yeah I’m surprised Marshall didn’t mention that….
Wow...that ad for the Connors/McEnroe match brings back warm memories...

Mike Miller Got the 300 with the Heavier Pins.👍👍
Yessir, PB3 had one the year before on those bastards. Lol
@@playdiscgolf1546And Steve Jaros did that before Miller
Man that 11th strike was almost a heart break

thanks for the info about the number update great game - a real blast from the past!
Mike Miller may have started the [" Thumbless Revolution "] The innovator of Thumbless Pin violence" A nod to The Legendary Wrestler Tommy Dreamer👍👍
After 35 replays, 7:55 was the 2 pin that sent a messenger slide to the 10 pin. Great shot!
the game of his life - in the groove so smooth----
It's Miller Time!
7:38 messenger strike
After closely watching that strike it was the 2 pin that took out the 10
I want the gold pins back
1999 is my birth year, I wish I was able to watch this, but I couldn’t choose when I was born😂
That was Awesome🤘🤘👍👍
Danny wiseman was always a class act

Don't be such a snowflake it makes it more interesting
Great match dude, it was good that Danny kept pushing Mike so much or otherwise that 300 might not have happened
Back then the no thumb delivery was widely discouraged. How about now? :D
Ugh, 1999, where they had the gold pins and crowds screaming through the players' approached. Glad this went away quick.
Can't hate the gold pins though. they are a classic. But the player approach screaming is bad.

@@mxc_clips if fox and returning to a real 31 week tour doesn't work... the tour is finished. This is their last gasp
Well there is chanting in PBA League

Tom Smallwood has always done the same thing, till this day! Lol
What year's game?
When did Shooter McGavin start bowling?
Once he recovered after getting beat up.
Back when you didn't show up with 8 balls and change them every game.
This was PBA 300 number 14 not 15
Purple Quantum .... great ball
🎳
So is spit allowed on the ball still?
Man, if they drug tested I wonder what they would find in Mike Miller. Dude is definitely flying.

What ever happened to Danny Wiseman?

Thanks for the info.

Mike Thomas He Bowled on the PBA 50 tour this year.
I can’t believe they allowed him to lick his hands and rub spit all over his ball. Isn’t that illegal?!
@16:19 who said Dumbass? LOLOL
