100-Ton HVAC Rooftop Units

One of our valued customers, Imperial Realty Company, needed to replace their aging HVAC rooftop units for one of their buildings in suburban Matteson, IL, just in time for summer!
Facing lengthy industry-wide lead times, we received the two 100-ton rooftop units right when they were needed most, just in time to the kickoff of cooling season. Leaning on Stevenson Crane Service, Inc. for the heavy lifting and on a stringent timeframe, we were able to execute the entire crane pick in a single day! We removed the old R22 units, set new vibration isolation curb adapters, and concluded setting the new Carrier 100-ton packaged VAV rooftop units to cool the commercial office building tenants.
Thanks to our skilled team and partners, we were able to make some intricate electrical modifications required to handle the new equipment. With the utilization of multiple trades, this turnkey project is now cooling efficiently and ready to tackle the summer heat!
