You mentioned "what if spiderman in kingdom hearts" Honestly I view that would be PERFECT! Sorta further learning how to listen to his heart, handle darker emotions, or even questions of how to know what is the right or wrong actions, really any would be a perfect interaction between sora and spiderman, especially I believe the PlayStation games Spider-Man (obviously ps4-ps5) I could totally see bad guys mention kairi, some form of harm which triggers sora, maybe sora going blinded by emotions for kairi but maybe manipulated an spider-man has a cutscene moment to have serious talk with sora to snap him out of it, or even miles! Either way.
For the part where you explain how sora lost his powers at the end of kh3 I thought it was made pretty clear that since he broke a law of the world (abusing the power of waking and traveling through time) it comes with a cost of losing all your powers and being banished from the world that you exist in
