The ball had been thrown and was 10 feet away in one second then Dijon’s hand came down and she bent her hand at the knuckle to come down and scrape the eye she is a female dog. She needs to be held accountable for her actions by the WNBA because the refs supposedly didn’t see anything wouldn’t call it while the girl is laying on the floor, grasping her eye even Chrissy sides wouldn’t a timeout should’ve been a flagrant should go to jail for assault no doubt about and she turned around real quick after that foul thinking she was going to get a whistle then when she didn’t get a whistle, she was smiling
And she has the audacity to talk all that crap on her account

Imagine you have completed your 4 year degree and along with that you excelled in sports to the degree you were a highly sought after pro prospect, how exciting for you and your family. The next thing you know you’re playing in a league that despises you even though they’ve never met you. Many of your professional colleagues hold you in contempt for your skin color others hate you because you’re a heterosexual. I guess all of the realities of life came knocking on your door early. I hope the jealousy and contempt don’t ruin what should be an exciting profitable start to Caitlin’s adult life. I’ve got a feelin while this won’t totally subside she will overcome most of this crap thru determination and I wish her and her teammates well.

Here's where the intent is clear on both the TV shot and the slow-mo X shot that we got: look at her hand when she first started to swing, it was an open hand (a point that I have not seen anyone spoke on), which is natural for blocking a shot or stopping a pass. At the top of her swing we noticed her hand bunching up the fingers to create a point and at the impact of the face it was in a clearly pointed position, which is not part of a natural basketball play. The evidence is clear, who in basketball history ever bunched their hand into a point while blocking a shot? Please do tell 🤔

    Not basketball
    You know it is written
wherever there are jealousy and contentiousness, there will also be disorder and every vile thing.
I have had enough of this cruelty. I have to stop watching the WNBA games.
Caitlin Clark is being horribly abused by this league and it's players. CC should finish out this season and then go overseas and play. Because the WNBA dose not deserve her and all what she's doing for them. These folks are just mean and willing to take her eye out and permanently injure her, - why for what reason are they doing these things? Just because she's better than they are? And they can't play the game up to her level?
I have had it. I am not going to watch them hurt her.

It does make one wonder how many Caitlin’s were violently forced out just because they were playing in, this ain’t your neighborhood league! The history of the WNBA does suggest it wasn’t about the fans or the sponsors, but it sure was about the ego, notoriety and the attitude players like Sheryl Swoopes and others have today. In any sport the athletes become leaders according to the level of competition they are facing. Caitlin Clark has proven there is a difference between fair competition and a stacked deck! Unfortunately, the fans knew it and so did the NBA who financed it! It really comes down to the people who make and enforce the rules that actually determines the success and failure of the business and that is the management and even the NBA for allowing it to go on this long!

It doesn't make a damn what anyone says . Because all you have to do is watch the film , if she was making a play on the ball her head and body would have been turning following the balls movement . Only they do not follow the ball they stay fixated on CC's head and her outstretched arm and hand stay aimed at her face . Than as she enters the final seconds before impact she bends her fingers down from the straight out position they were in . Her eyes never stop staring at her aiming point even after impact they stay fixated on CC's face as she is clearly assessing the damage she just did to CC's eyes . This was an obviously premeditated planned attack and was damn sure no accident . What DiJonai did was what is called assault with intent to cause physical and psychological harm . If this is allowed to gotten away with especially after watching the slowed down video . Than the WNBA will lose what little credibility it has left .

Going back and looking at games, Carrington never once does that weird bend and jam with her hand when defending against a shot.
Seems the first time was into Clark's face and eyes.
Someone else who gets paid to look at things like that look back and tell me that wasn't the first time, or that it wasn't a one-off.
But Carrington's failure to collapse onto the player that got the pass, to act like "I didn't do nuthin" without even looking back after she nailed Clark in the eye sure looks like she was hoping she got to nail Clark without having to get ejected.

The WNBA’s softness and laxity on Chennedy Carter football style block on Caitlin Clark, then hits by Angel Reese, Alyssa Thomas, Skylar Diggins, Ezi Magbegor, Diamond DeShields inspired DiJonai Carrington's to assault Clark.

That is one of the most blatant things I'm sports I have ever seen and with those nails could have done some serious damage to the eye this one is no joke but the league is doing nothing and why I've said from the beginning that I've said these ladies will screw this up

Check this out. Dijonai is in a relationship with Nalyssa(Fever). DiJonai is the man in the relationship. Caitlin is having a positive effect on Nalyssa. Dijonai doesn't like it and she is a typical bully. She 100% wanted to hurt Caitlin. This is straight up psycho stuff here. Oh, and after the game, Nalyssa was mad at Dijonai... Dijonai should be charged after being suspended.

By not taking strong action against Dijona the league is inviting every team to take more and more vicious attacks on CC. This is physical and mental abuse. It is not acceptable and someone in a position of authority to make it known that this kind of deliberate maiming will not be tolerated. At this point, it seems like a lawyer might want to talk with Engelbert about potential personal liability for her and the league. The next "accident" that blinds CC , or any other player, will use this video in court. The WNBA will either be able to say they took these steps to make sure that intentional injury will not be tolerated, claws will not be tolerated. Or they will be able to say it didn't seem intentional, DC said it was not intentional, who would ever try to intentionally hurt another player. I see the biggest legal award in the history of professional sport on the horizon. Or a professional sports league cleaning up a mess of their own making and starting to really become professional.

CC saying FWNBA, and heading to Europe would be poetic justice. She'd still get the cash and endorsements while the rest of the league fades back into obscurity.
