    Love it!!! I fixed a discolored concrete job I did in December of last year about 2 months ago. The only thing to fix the discoloration was to stain it. The customers were so happy to see an even lookng concrete patio. Great job Odell

      I had a concrete job done at my house but was destroyed due to bad cureing because of the weather in December all my concrete cured with bad gray spots I can't stand it I will definitely get this fixed either I will do it or hire someone.....

    That’s a good color for concrete. Doesn’t absorb the sun too much and gives good light to eye not overwhelming when the sun is beating on it. Good choice

    I like the look of the pressure treated lumber in between each slab. Very nice! Only thing I would have a problem with is water getting into the grooves. Great job on the video too.

      Any recess will have water, In this area its beach weather everyday .

      that detail of PT lumber embedded in the slab joints IMO is very problematic. I see nothing but maintenance/replacement of this detail. No thanks. I would have eliminated this.

    I did this on my rental property. I was skeptic thinking the paint will chip and would not last but 15 years since, it is still looking good.

    Noticed the wood edging looks like it stands a little proud of the floor. In my mind that would be a tripping hazard. Great job. My company has done several of these and I still enjoy watching others techniques.

    I have concrete deck surrounding my salt water pool. I stained it a few years ago and now it’s peeling. Can I power wash it and apply this product? Does the salt water affect the coating I applied?

    I love your work, but it would be helpful if u include links or names of the products U actually use. Several persons asked you about the name and color of the paint, there was no clear answer. Your response: Behr deck over, exposy paint... Is that the name of the color?

    Good for southern slab. My exterior northern Maine slab that ends up under snow and ice snowblowed by my John Deere this would be a mess by next summer. Right it’s all discolored wish I had a permanent remedy to stain it to last forever. Once done and look good and stay that way.

    Nice video and very informative. I noticed you just dip the roller in the five gallon bucket and I have also used a tray. Is using the dip method better and do you get a good spread with that way ? Thanks

    Wow, this sounds great. Can you (Odell) or anyone here tell me how this holds up in the hot desert sun? I live in Coachella Valley and it can get up to 121 degrees during the summer. I want to do this on all the concrete around my home.

    Your product looks amazing and great video..I want to do this to my existing old-colored driveway. I keep seeing that you are saying NOT for driveways. Why not? And do you recommend any product stain or color for a driveway specifically?

      The specifications say not for vehicle traffic, but I have a job I did 6 years ago. The 2' wide strip to the garage entry has the Behr Deckover and holding well.

    have you ever tried one of those bowl/discs to attach to power washer used to clean concrete driveway? I thought that there was no way it worked as well as getting tip close to concrete but it does and makes job way faster

      NO but I think I'll need more psi from the machine for that to be effective

    Can I use this for concrete basketball court and can you paint over it for the key and free throw area as well as white lines/borders? How long does this product last last? Do I need a primer first? Would this hold up to bouncing basketball and heavy foot traffic when playing?

      Which means traction.

    You know what quartz is and does? Use dust asks and a grinder where you can attach vaccuam cleaner

    Nice job! We're thinking of doing a concrete pour around the pool and deck (1800 sq/ft), we were going to have the concrete plant add the coloring to the mixture. What do you think about that or should we paint the whole deck like you just did?

    Great video. About the patchwork you did. Are you supposed to wait 30 days for any patchwork to cure before you use the DeckOver product? If not what product did you use? I have some small patchwork I need to do before I use DeckOver.

    Might be a good idea to add a good oil based stain to the wood to help protect it from rotting out and it would give it some pop

    If you were to pressure wash the patio again after it was painted, would the paint chip off? The reason im asking is i have 2 big dogs that get muddy paw prints all over my patio. I want to paint it even, but I know im still going to have to pressure wash it 3 or 4 times a year.

      @@OdellCompleteConcrete If you add sound to it, you will get millions of views. The ASMR crowd will watch this stuff all night if you let them hear the sounds. Only thing is you will have to tell you teammates that they can't talk in their regular voices, they will have to whisper...it sounds weird, but some people on that therapy respond well to whispering and unusual sounds like chalk on chalkboard, scrapping sounds etc...

    I resurfaced my porch w a concrete epoxy product. However it finished very uneven in terms of color, I'm thinking of using this stuff since mu epoxy cement is paintable. I assume i would not need to degrease and power wash since the job is only a week old?

    Would this paint come off if a car constantly drives over it? I would like to paint my garage floor with this but I am not sure that it will hold the vehicular traffic. Any thoughts?

    I spray texture a back patio and the stain I used sucked dry. How do I avoid roller Marks and it sucking dry? Had to do 4 coats!!

    Painters got drops of paint all over my carport. Do you think pressure washing would remove it? The house was built in 1955 and when the temperature changes the surface gets wet and slick as glass. I hesitate to paint it because of the moisture problem, guess there wasn’t a moisture barrier put down when they poured the carport cement.
