I'm currently in the application process, my CAS is delayed until I get my finance documents in order. but according to the emails I've received, it shouldn't take more than a few days after providing the required documents.

I have been living in UK for many years. It is IMPOSSIBLE to manage or arrange the remaining 12K. Universities in UK, in general, are heavily dependent on overseas student fees. So please come to UK with the remaining amount.
