Torreti mass hiring was more like oprah tbh.. pretty much skipped the whole interview process. . Rangers had to go through a strict interview between ziggy conan and Tessa.

@@indyfaria142 It was a terrible and dumb decision by Koil. He had no clue about anything happening in PD for the past year but thought SDSO was the perfect department. The reality is, they were one of the worst departments, definitely the most useless. Toretti immediately hiring over 60 SDSO back into his department defeated the purpose of this PD restructure.
SDSO had the most copstackers, inactive cops, diversity hires, cops who only logged on to screw around and do SBS stuff. ~90% of SDSO did no police work a week before the PD reset. They only started patrolling and going to calls the past 2 weeks.

SDSO have a good vibe, you need a mix of different types of cops. Fun cops and more serious cops, but all cops should RP.
The issue with PD is cops like Percy that write 75 warrants, just because they can without any real evidence. No attempt to investigate just push it and pray.
Or Pond that makes a choice to taze and than shoot a suspect, instead of allowing the guy to get back up

@@GambiTHF but that hasn't been the issue, sdso was always meant to be a department like that and yeah maybe they aren't the best cops but koil wanted them hired back bc they rp, it are old pbso members who are the problem

@@TooTiredToCare0310 It is the issue because SDSO interfered with a southside gang battle between CG and GSF yesterday. They didn't know or care about letting gangs fight it out in the southside before intervening. A bunch of SDSO immediately started blasting everyone before GSF and CG could clap each other. 4 SDSO were also riding in Malton's Trooper vehicle, hopped out, and killed Ramee on a roof. 2 of the SDSO were carrying shotguns and using shotties when nobody had class 2s in the fight. PD is a complete mess right now and SDSO is a major reason why it is a huge mess. PBSO and LSPD also has some bad cops doing dumb things too, but SDSO outnumbers both departments right now, since Toretti rehired over 60 of them.
