You are THE MAN. I can't believe you didn't lose your voice after all that explaining. Lots of great information here and it's obvious you guys have really thought things out. It's impressive and inspiring. One question though: don't you get a lot of voltage drop on the cable from the alternator all the way back to your DC-DC charger? That seems like a long run (even with what looks like 00 welding cable which has to be pricey for that length...)
You know, they make little plastic screw tips caps that you can actually snap on into the screw drive head so you don't see any of those screws. Very cheap nice looking fix. Notice lots of roughly cut edges, on wood trim, and a little messy caulking in that shower. You have great ideas, but I think a little more attention to detail is crucial if you want more jobs. The goal is to make everything look FACTORY MADE. KEEP UP THE WORK, YOU WILL GET THERE.

That would be near perfect for me. 😉👍 Indeed, you've created a very intelligent and well thought out van! Well done!

I agree with everything EXCEPT running these types of water pipes and connections over an electrical system. That is a really big deal. But could be fixed in this case by putting that section of pipes inside an enclosure so leaks would then go either side of the cupboard that contains the electrics. awesome. this is the best design, beats the bed in the ceiling. every smart and hiper functional, i wonder if the ac type is made to catch water when it rains and purifies it? this was an amazing build, everything needed and tons of storage. light and bright. really impressed, i just watch a bunch of videos, but this design stands out. the lounge is a really great. until the bed is needed. i did think the windows could be shorter so the bottom of it could have the i think flares, to give extra space, kind of extend the foot and headroom pass the 6ft. love the screen for everything.

This is such a great van build, like the ones you can buy in an RV store. I might have seen another van you did ( if that's the same person), and I love that one too. You have such great talents and knowledge on what you do. I wish one day you can build me a weekend camper maybe in a smaller scale. More power to you and your channel. Thanks for sharing.
Very nice presentation, I do like their air-conditioning unit that isn’t an air conditioning unit. But you guys did really good on the whole set up, it looks really nice.
Fantastic build best I have seen so far don't mean to come across has being critical but the closeness to to the sink and the induction cooker top bothers me alitte.
This guy is awesome! I love the way he explains in details about the plumbing and electrical systems. Great job my guy! I am a subscriber! I was looking at converting a bus, but you probably just sold me on a van build.
@@ShadeTreeKennyT Unless I am mistaken, I believe he is referring to the fact that you can get small creatures, like snakes, mice and such, finding their way inside by way of the pipe. Although that could be fixed by putting some kind of a screen over the end of it that allows the water to continue to drain through.
Some points on the grey water. 1. It drains to the ground so no tank smell. 2. He said it’s your option to install a tank. 3. A screen is a good idea, but one that lets food particles get through. 4. You can not drain grey water onto the ground legally in Canada, and certain national parks in the USA ban it, so figuring out a drain tank in the design is a good idea.
Hands down one of my favorite, if not my favorite convention I've seen. This is what I'd want mine too look for the most part. I'd want a desk to install a desktop so maybe make the bed smaller or something... but this is beast !!! Good stuff ! I better start saving up for something like this, cause I'm sure its pricey!!
This is AMAZING. I've been debating either buying a premade rig or building my own and this video has really inspired me to get my hands dirty. Thank you for this video! Definitely subscribed to see more and will probably be purchasing the build course.
Great build. A Froli System under the dinette/bed cushions might be a good addition against moisture/mold build up especially given that you’re using an evaporative cooler.
Love this build. The electrical and plumbing were very impressive. Love the alternative to the air conditioner. The shower is awesome. I can keep going but that's an outstanding van build.
Great conversion! Smart floor plan. I'd make the back door center floor cabinet (that has the sliding baskets) removable so the floor space at dinette/bed area is more versatile - for bikes, motorbikes, kayaks etc. 😎👍
Awesome build, especially love the shower! A little suggestion on the plumbing that will save you money, look better, and provide better protection over the sharkbites, use the uponor pex-A with the compression fittings. 👌
Great video! The water and pipes was kinda confusing, but you went over everything leaving nothing untouched which is great, I got lost when you talked about the gravity fed and the water fill was! I just thought you use a water hose and fill! Of course I don't know much but this is actually the best build I have ever seen! Love the shower! You put alot of work into this build and it's shows❤️
Wow!Wow! Wow! Impressive presentation. Very knowledgeable. Thorough. You covered everything. This is by far my favorite conversion. Great job. Congratulations and lots of success in the future.
Beautiful build, please support those water lines in the electrical area. My god... so much work and money in that area. PEX is great but you are really throwing the dice with the lengths of pipe and those 90 degree AP adapters with any vibration that happens. They are not designed to an automotive grade on there own like that. Over time your hot water line will sag and that Adapter will fail, your pump will click on and off very slowly "hopefully not when you sleeping!" humidity will rise, fuses will blow. Easy add on to secure it though, just build some supportive framing for the water lines, secure them every 8 inches along the frame, use some sort of vibration dampener "water line insulation foam" especially around the joints, good to go!
I'm not an expert by any means on plumbing or electrical, but the first thing I thought when I saw the water pipes over the electrical was I wouldn't want that if it was my van. I came to the comments and saw lots of other people think the same thing.

Does the air raise humidity and the risk of mold? I would also fill in some of the seems that don’t quite line up very well, such as the board that make the backs of the upper cabinets. Nice aesthetic and build overall.
So many great features and thought went into this build. I don’t get the key lock on a simple rear shower. No water with electric. Then shift the electric to the other side.
@@shaidenvalentine1 Hi! I would have liked to see a lock on the exterior water fill to prevent some weirdo from fooling with the water supply. I loved your love of technical aspects of a van build though.
Nice build, going with the MDF "Ikea" style cabinets saves construction time at the sacrifice of weight and strength. Particle board doesn't like a lot of movement so hopefully the owner stays on pavement. I like a van with a dedicated shower and toilet. Plumbing and electrical are two of the most complex pieces of a van conversion. Having a water leak in the electrical box would be a disaster, I would have liked to see them separated. Looks very tough to remove plumbing components if any fail. I like the easy clean toe kicks. I agree with what has been said about the evaporative cooler. Moisture is the enemy of van conversions. Countertops are beautiful. Great job!
@@The.Hawaiian.Kingdom yeah I noticed hes super defensive and giving out some incorrect info like saying ikea mdf cabinets weight and issues cannot be avoided which is absolutely not true. Also for such an expensive build out (he says it was $100K) this is not up to standard.
I love this build. I would only change 2 things. I would block off the cab with a wall that has a pocket door, and I would have a hydraulic bed over the dinette. Then, the dinette could be a secondary bed when you have guests if you don't drop the hydraulic bed all the way down.
First van i’ve seen with a full shower and lots of nice features!. Few changes like locking the external water, move the pipes away from electrical. Overall looks very good, will the batteries keep up though?.
I love this van build but I’d also love a pocket door between the cabin and living area...excellent build...yeah I’d need hot water on demand water heater. Could you use a telescoping table so you don’t need to remove it to build the bed? So you could probably raise the bed for taller under bed storage too.
I think you should move those water lines from the electrical box. This is not safe. You could put them on the outside of box and cover that with another piece of wood.
IS the water from your AC system actually feeding back into your drinking/shower/dishwater system? Seems like it could have stagnant water sitting is what we used to call swamp coolers back in the day, going back into your "clean' water. I also agree about a locked door or system for your water access--sad that we can no longer trust people not to mess with stuff anymore. Thoughts like this never crossed our minds when camping in unlocked tents and campsites in the pre-90s!! Now you have to think about how people can mess with your safety and belongings anymore just for sport and their entertainment!!
I didn't understand that, either. That water in the swamp cooler is a bacteria breeding ground. It should be draining in to a waste tank, not back into your water supply.
With the evaporative unit, have you heard of any mold issues with the pine filter sitting in water? I am very allergic to mold, so I'm curious. Thanks, and wonderful build!
I love all the work you do on Vans but here is my big question will there ever be enough space for a washer dryer duo it's it does the same thing it's just one but it does both it washes and drys clothes can we please see that pop up in vans that would be great.? Thanks for all the work you've done and still to come.
Great layout. I have a solution for the water line, so it does not run in the same compartment of the electrical. If you raise the siting/bed one step, you can have a box in the hall between the sits, a great space to run the water line and store shoes in there too. What do you thing?
You are so knowledgeable about everything on that van. I'm impressed! I had seen other setups, making me think I want those features, but this is the best one I have seen in more than 2 years online! However, I have a concern with the evap condenser and it causing humidity in the unit. I lived in Roswell New Mexico and our house had one. We were not impressed. How does this manage humidity?
Awesome presentation. You did a great job. I stayed tuned and watched the entire video. This build has everything anyone would need to live in it full time, which is my goal some day. Soon I hope. Thank you for this video. I’m glad I found y’all.
Ahhhhhh!!!! I've been looking for this guy for so long. I love your builds. Jarrod Tocci should just make a playlist of your van conversations. They are very out of the box and practical. I hope to see more of your conversions in the future. 🥰🥰🥰
*very* nice build! i especially like the shower and c-head toilet, and the bed/table+dinnette is quite nice also. however, i am curious why you didn't go with propane? imo, a tankless ventless propane water heater is a far better vanlife than an electric water heater, even on a timer (nice touch). also, cooking dinner at night on that induction stove will heavily-hit even the beefiest battery bank. lol, i loves me my suburban 3-burner cooktop+oven! :) am super-interested in that fresair ac unit. i made it through summer in the dc metro without it using a box fan (even though it was 95-105 for all of july and much of august), but it'd be great if there was a good low-power off-grid cooling solution...
@@GOLDVIOLINbowofdeath interesting...well, i built my own, so i'm liable to no one but myself, and i wanted propane! xD it's just such a convenient and energy-dense fuel. peace
I didn’t say I wouldn’t use it. I’m planning on probably using it too but I’m going to be very careful about it. Probably gonna mount the tank outside on one of the rear doors.
@@GOLDVIOLINbowofdeath it's not actually a big deal just follow the national fire protection code for rvs, you can get a free copy online. basically, just need to have a doubly-vented sealed locker with steel holders, and use copper line with forged brass flare fittings, ez-pz. unfortunately it's not legal to put propane near rear bumper...that's where i waned to put mine. :/
@@douglasharley2440 Thanks, I had not heard of that code. The one thing I’ve noticed is nobody ever talks about making sure that you can get out the back doors and a lot of people are mounting their mattresses just above the door handles and right up against the door and I’m like you know if you’re in a smoke-filled van and you’re panicking and it’s dark are you gonna be able to open that door
It's very nice if we also have campervan like this... We are beginer campervan from Indonesia... We want to explore indonesia and share to all people... Thank 's for your video... It' s very cool....
Love the van, excellent job, maybe and I say this in a constructive way, look for an alternative route for your water supply, the hot cold elbows above all the electrics is a little concerning, nothing may ever happen, or maybe constructive a catch tray with drain just below the pipes if you can't re route the pipes, other than that it's a fab van build
I like the evaporation cooler, I would not recycle the water into my water tank directly. Living in Arizona where evaporated coolers are everywhere they get mineralization in the water so I would filter it before returning it to the tank.
There is no SECURITY for the fresh water fill. Do NOT run water lines through the electrical compartment, even though it may be allowable! Very nice build and presentation.
This is awesome and you're very talented. Someone else probably mentioned this but I suggest a lock on the exterior water fill. I plan to do something similar for our current build but I wouldn't do it unless I can control who accesses it. One weird person with negative intentions (or positive) and your tripping while driving down the road in a best case scenario lol
Love the layout, love the thought that has gone into this build. A little constructive criticism, maybe rethink your finishes, so there are not so many screws etc exposed. (coming from someone who worked in construction, not a keyboard warrior) Other than that, a really great job, well done! Also, love how you showed putting down the bed and keeping the smaller cushions on the outside. A lot of people put the smaller cushions on the inside. Well done!
I agree! I install custom kitchens. I like the way he uses Ikea cabinets to keep costs down, but they do require a little more thought on how to make them look premium. Also whoever applied the caulking needs a lot more practice. It really takes away from the final product But all in all a great design layout
Agreed! that jumped out at me and I couldn't stop seeing it. That and the outlets had some poor construction/cutouts showing outside the plate line. But I love the design... just need that attention to detail so it truly looks more "luxury".
@@ianmorrow5968 YES!!! That caulking was terrible. I've recaulked many a shower and have done a cleaner job. Definitely takes away from how badass and beautiful that shower could be!!
This is an AWESOME VAN. I personally would NVR do the bed set up bc it's enough space for me to slp comfortably w the table still in place. Yeah, l love this design!!!!!!
I could watch him all day!!! Very attractive 😍. Ok back to reality, this is a sweet camper van. Been thinking of going tiny for years now. Worked on ships for a decade in a room slightly bigger, with a roomy no problem so I’d love this.
I am in the process of building my van and noticed that a lot van builders do not lock their water on the exterior. In this build the water fill is on the outside with no locks then he goes to the inside of the rear and a key lock for a shower . They put a lot of money in high tech gear but will not lock their life source WATER. I owned a travel trailer with no locks on the water fill, long story short someone contaminated my water with dirt and rocks. I had mud coming out of the spigot cost me a few dollars to remove and clean the tank. Hence I would never have my water fill on the outside. I have opted to use 8 jerry cans 5 gallon each 40 gallons total. This keeps my water fresher and I can fill them easily, between fills add a couple of drops of bleach to disinfect my cans. I saw this set up on a van builder video it makes sense to protect your water.
Great build and WONDERFULL presentation with awesome details by the way. It was very nice to see someone actually explain the electrical system and plumbing with details that are at least helpful not just interesting!! Excellent--obviously you know your stuff!! Considered using UVC light to sterilize your water tanks and your cooling system? Very cheap and big time-effective for killing all bacteria and viruses in seconds!
I am interested on your course. Please add me to the list. Thanks a lot. I love your building technique but if I could change one thing, I would remove the two hot and cold water pipes from the cabinets where you are running the electrical junction box. You know water doesn’t mix with electricity.
The client was insisting on certain items after the build was set, he tried to dissuade client to No avail..and that’s what the result was for the plumbing over electrical.
That seamless pop-up counter is absolutely amazing! The van is super sleek but not my preferred layout (everyone has different needs so one does not fit all)
Overall, nice build. Like the layout and color choices. I would have some humidity concerns with the evap cooler, and some finishing touches are needed to improve the quality of the build.
Tricked Out Van, You need to really study up on what evorapative coolers are and how they work. They are also called a swamp cooler and are used to cool many homes in the very dry climate of the southwestern US. They add humidity in to the air which cools the hot dry air in the SW US. They do not cool in a humid climate like any other part of the US. Which is why they are not used except for a very few states, like Colorado, New Mexico, Arizona, Nevada, Utah and parts of other adjoining states. They very definitely put out lots of humidity. That is why the water is put into the unit, it adds it to the air as humidity which cools. Also lots of calcium buildup in the filter area. Lots of maintenance. Also will not cool if driving into a humid climate. Not a good solution if driving to the midwest or east coast.
Douglas Erwin Brandt , You need to do your research and understand that this unit is designed for vans and doesn’t put out any humidity. Take up your argument with the inventor of the fresair, not me. It works amazing, I live at the beach with decent humidity.
Born & raised in Phoenix, & have used either a straight evap or 2-stage evap cooler most of my life. They're just not as effective in humid weather. Also, I know with tiny houses humidity/condensation/mildew-mold-slime is a big concern. Using the Freezair seems problematic. How do you address this?
I lived in Roswell, NM for a year. For part of that time we lived in a house close to the former army base. It came with an evap condenser. The only problem was for 3 weeks the daytime temperature was 104° F and the night time temperature was 94° F. Too hot for us to sleep. Especially for the baby who was less than 1 year old. Maybe there was a problem with the evap unit. I was so glad to move to Kentucky. The temps were about the same, with humidity close to 98%, but we lived in a central air conditioning house.
Once while visiting Santa Fe New Mexico we stayed in a house with no ac. There was a fan that used water to cool. I had never seen one before. It worked great there! Here, in Louisiana I can’t imagine using something that increases humidity. I wish this would work in our hot humid summer heat but I doubt it. I’d love to know if anyone in similar weather conditions has ever tried this? Did it work?
This is a odd question : Would you guys ever consider traveling to Greece, tickets paid, and accommodation paid, and do out a van here ? We have a local carpenter with all the tools, materials etc we just don't have the know how, or we could buy a blue print you could design for the van we would have ? Many thanks regards 😉👍
So many cookie cutter vans out there, you are a few levels above everything else I have seen. This is awesome. I would love to see an all wheel drive van, either a sprinter or Ford Transit with the eco boost. Wife and I want all wheel drive, light off road, nothing too crazy. We like the 144 as it can fit in a regular parking space but still don't know if a 177 would be to big or the best choice for us. I would need more storage for supplies in the back of the van, maybe clear the roof of solar and run the recharge off the alternator, leaving the roof for some storage boxes. We wouldn't be sitting in one place more than a day so with your solar capacity we would have enough power for a few days and would be driving again. Wife and I are looking at the Storyteller Beast but I think you could come up with something even better. We are down the street in San Marcos, when we are ready I will reach out. Love the layout. I do have a have u ever had any water issues with them SHARK BITES? I was told PEX-A with UPONOR are better. Not to mention PEX-A are a little better easier to bend and less fittings. Witch means a less potential of water leaks. But still love the conversation VAN 🤙🏽
My OCD had a cow or aneurism seeing the “hardwired” hot water heater Romex to white cord electric taped (I presume a connector taped over) right next to water lines. Not the safest idea and certainly should be connected in a 110v box of some sort, such as at the circuit panel where it belongs.

awesome. this is the best design, beats the bed in the ceiling. every smart and hiper functional, i wonder if the ac type is made to catch water when it rains and purifies it? this was an amazing build, everything needed and tons of storage. light and bright. really impressed, i just watch a bunch of videos, but this design stands out. the lounge is a really great. until the bed is needed. i did think the windows could be shorter so the bottom of it could have the i think flares, to give extra space, kind of extend the foot and headroom pass the 6ft. love the screen for everything.
I remember seeing your first van tour with the murphy bed and skylight. It was amazing and this one is too!
Very comprehensive van tour, loved how each component of the electrical system was explained thoroughly.
Comprehensive ,Yes ! every aspect of every componet was explained.
That presentation was spot on; A+ and allowing the reader to adjust there own improvements, with out being overly judgmental .He knows his content area, definitely a good read
This is phenomenal. Very thoughtfully built, very practical yet gorgeous design. Beautiful work. Love love love the shower/bathroom area
I love , love the way you present your build and the design is so thoughtful and complete for those of us planning our builds, love your tips…thank you
This Guy really KNOWS his S- - t!! All the electrical and plumbing are very well put together. Plus he’s not selfish, willing to teach me how he made it happen! Awesome! Thank you.😊
This is such a great van build, like the ones you can buy in an RV store.
You could put a cover with a lock over the water fill, to prevent tampering.
Yes that would concern me too, it being vulnerable.
Agreed. Definitely wouldn’t have my water fill exposed. Too many crazies walking among us that are just up to meanness for no reason.
You have also Polluted your portable water system by having the swamp cooler return into it after picking up whatever bacteria is on the filter
Some scouser will piss in it 😃
Fantastic build best I have seen so far don't mean to come across has being critical but the closeness to to the sink and the induction cooker top bothers me alitte.
This guy is awesome! I love the way he explains in details about the plumbing and electrical systems. Great job my guy! I am a subscriber! I was looking at converting a bus, but you probably just sold me on a van build.
Only thing I would change is a sink trap under the sink to stop any grey water smells coming up thru the sink. Nice van guys.
@@vandaddy-o2732 how is it a problem?
@@ShadeTreeKennyT Unless I am mistaken, I believe he is referring to the fact that you can get small creatures, like snakes, mice and such, finding their way inside by way of the pipe. Although that could be fixed by putting some kind of a screen over the end of it that allows the water to continue to drain through.
@@paranormalreality1725 ah, ok, makes sense. Yeah, I would attach a screen over the end and call it done.
Thanks for the great health tip! I’m always concerned with moisture build up r/ t mold sensitivity.
I think that small compartment on the door is for butter, sweetie!! Lol! Awesome build and you did great explaining ❤️
Love this build. The electrical and plumbing were very impressive. Love the alternative to the air conditioner. The shower is awesome. I can keep going but that's an outstanding van build.
Yeah I’m totally up on the air cooling system.
Uponor is indeed what I’m used to in day to day construction and I plan on using that in my upcoming van build as well
This is a free electric course. Love this. Gracias.
The "No Parking Anytime" sign is hilarious. Since. You're parked right there. It's just great. 14:18
I like how he basically told us what everything basically is and what it basically does.
I like the set up. I especially like the No parking at any time sign. lol Looks like an incredible view. Cheers, much health and happiness...

One of the best vans I've seen in a long time
So many great features and thought went into this build. I don’t get the key lock on a simple rear shower. No water with electric. Then shift the electric to the other side.
Susan Scovill couldn’t find a nice rear shower without a lock
Tricked Out Vans I thought that might be the case. Or you’re Bond, James Bond. LOL love the build detail.
Great job!
I agree. I liked much of this tour but was pretty horrified when I saw water pipers run over the batteries and electrical.
They do make a lock for the water intake.
I love this van build but I’d also love a pocket door between the cabin and living area...excellent build...yeah I’d need hot water on demand water heater. Could you use a telescoping table so you don’t need to remove it to build the bed? So you could probably raise the bed for taller under bed storage too.
Nicely done! very informative. felt like I went through a mini workshop on how to build out a van. =)
Best description of the electrical. Great job. I am not building, but you have given me a better idea how our 1997 motorhome system likely works.
So well done and explained!! This video is gold, I understood and got so many concepts from it. Thank you
I think you should move those water lines from the electrical box. This is not safe. You could put them on the outside of box and cover that with another piece of wood.
or it could have been built with the water and electric systems switched
I agree
I agree. Thought that was kinda scary.
I nice tour, and perhaps the most informative I have seen. Thank you.
I've found that evap coolers tend to contaminate the water supply with a yellow tinge. Do you have that problem and how did you go about solving it?
I love all the work you do on Vans but here is my big question will there ever be enough space for a washer dryer duo it's it does the same thing it's just one but it does both it washes and drys clothes can we please see that pop up in vans that would be great.? Thanks for all the work you've done and still to come.
Love the van!! Can’t believe you can do all that to a van and still have space to live in it!!
Well except for that water and electrical on the same side and basically together. That is asinine.
Beautiful neat clean job. Only thing I don’t like is shark bite fittings as they fail in freezes. I use the copper clamps. Cheaper too.
I think some builders are shying away from propane for liability reasons.
Fantastic design and build! The alternate air conditioning solution is brilliant and sets the van apart from other builds.
How much did this build cost the client ? Or a rough estimate, just so I can gain a better understanding.
approx from $90k to $110k
@@ncao Whoa!!
My client paid about $100k all in for the van materials and labor
@@shaidenvalentine1 Nice built. Love to have you build one for me.
@@shaidenvalentine1 that wasn’t including the cost of the van right?
Really beautiful. I love the acacia wood.
Fantastic narration. Great job on the van. Enjoy!
It really takes away from the final product
But all in all a great design layout
Agreed! that jumped out at me and I couldn't stop seeing it.

Ok back to reality, this is a sweet camper van. Been thinking of going tiny for years now. Worked on ships for a decade in a room slightly bigger, with a roomy no problem so I’d love this.
Haha thanks so much :))
I actually enjoyed the details of the guts of the van; battery etc.. good build, good review
The shower is beautiful, well, all the van is beautiful to be honest.
Yes, it's nice but I wouldn't want black tile. If using water in an area with hard water, it will be a pain to keep it fr om dis o.oring the tile.
I love that van!! Now, all I need to do is win the lottery or something. Guess I'll need to buy a lottery ticket first, huh?
Your van build looks great. I did ad comments onto some of the others who pointed out some things that stood out.
Basically I love the van! Basically you did a great job.
I am interested on your course. Please add me to the list. Thanks a lot. I love your building technique but if I could change one thing, I would remove the two hot and cold water pipes from the cabinets where you are running the electrical junction box. You know water doesn’t mix with electricity.
The client was insisting on certain items after the build was set, he tried to dissuade client to No avail..and that’s what the result was for the plumbing over electrical.
very nice detailed explanation on the electrical and plumbing. Super grateful for this video.
Sister Free Bird thanks for a positive comment! I did my best and really wanted to help people create something nice.

CEO of the word “basically”. 😁 thanks for the electrical pointers. 👍🏼
Scott agreed! We had to finish the tour before I could get to me of the more finishing touches because my videographer was going out of town!
Scott the fresair doesn’t put out any humidity.
Tricked Out Van,
You need to really study up on what evorapative coolers are and how they work.
Douglas Erwin Brandt ,
You need to do your research and understand that this unit is designed for vans and doesn’t put out any humidity. Take up your argument with the inventor of the fresair, not me. It works amazing, I live at the beach with decent humidity.
@ Every one of your comments is bizarrely aggressive, and you're the only one engaging. Relax.
That is what I was thinking, ,mold big time in no time.
@ If they have a good fan blowing it out it should not be too bad.

Very impressive all around...
Hi Shaiden! Your work is stellar - seriously in a class of its own! I actually have a question about your van you gave a tour to Jarrod to... what did you use for the ceiling? love the wood look that departs from the overly cabin-y pine slats that are popular. Im sorry if you mention it in that video but i just couldn't listen to him keep interrupting you... Anyways! Big fan

Love the layout. I do have a have u ever had any water issues with them SHARK BITES? I was told PEX-A with UPONOR
are better. Not to mention PEX-A are a little better easier to bend and less fittings. Witch means a less potential of water leaks.
But still love the conversation VAN 🤙🏽
My OCD approves of your electrical box layout, and appreciate the detailed description. VERY nice setup!
My OCD had a cow or aneurism seeing the “hardwired” hot water heater Romex to white cord electric taped (I presume a connector taped over) right next to water lines. Not the safest idea and certainly should be connected in a 110v box of some sort, such as at the circuit panel where it belongs.
hahaha that no parking anytime sign 🤣🤣🤣
Just wondering how well that AC works in humid climates.
