You got lucky to have 18 eggs for egg retrieval coz mine sadly I got 7, 4 are matured and 3 are not.. I also did ivf in Manila last November nag end yung journey namin 3 months din yung process and sadly ours d nag successful kasi mahina yung sperm count ni mr.

But doing a egg freeze shouldn’t be bad. But does it have any problems with conceiving naturally later ? And where did you do it I mean country. :)
