Great video. I have few questions, 1. Why do we run the python code here at first without directly starting with the website for the pre-processed images? 2. I have a scenario where I need to reconstruct 3D image from a small brain specimen, for this I stick the small specimen to a slowly rotating rheometer, then I take photos from my Sony Camera. Do you have any suggestions on how to reconstruct 3D model from this? I tried removing the background and isolating the specimen and I am stuck here, any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance
