I can tell part of your mentality comes from playing basketball and for those that hoop properly or used to, it's clear as day. Our coach used to drill into our heads fundamentals over everything and grill us for any flashy moves we would try to pull of, I've carried that philosophy to every facet of my life since. Make an in depth video on how to get to know exactly who you are and what values you hold, I believe a lot of people will find incredible value in that and it will shine through in every part of their life.
