I've been subbed to you ever since watching the FF6 medley in 2012. Ever since that day, I've waited for my other 2 favorite FF games (4 and 5) to get their medleys, you did FF5 not too long after. And then I eagerly expected FF4, all the while enjoying other projects that came out in the meantime like the FF8 medley. I stayed here in hopes this day would come... and now I can't believe it really did come. I'm beyond happy that it's here, grateful that I've lived all these years to see this day, and I already had tears in my eyes by the time it got to Troian Beauty, my absolute favorite piece in the entire FFIV soundtrack. Thank you SO MUCH! This is huge to me, 8 years later and I'm beyond thrilled, I feel like a kid who got the Christmas present of their dreams. Amazing job to everyone involved
FFIV was my introduction to the RPG genre when the SNES first came out and it changed how I viewed my relationship with video games. So many archetypal themes in the game that resonate no matter how old you are. This is an incredibly well done medley and the editing choices and song order give the perfect rise and fall of emotional tone. Easily deserves as much attention as your FFVI medley received, thanks for all your hard work.
Wonderful Medley, I remember when I saw the FF V Medley, it motivated me to learn to play the trumpet and today I play trumpet and transverse flute. It's very nostalgic and good to see the FF IV Medley, thank you very much for your work and everyone's.
the thing that always get me about nobuo's compositions is his devotion to rhythm and bass. its almost the main driver in his songs. Thanks Marc for your amazing composition! I couldn't love it more.

Super awesome and long overdue, but some major themes were left out. Hoping that means another medley is coming or at least a super killer outtake track is coming, either way I’m excited, keep up the good work!
It's never easy coming up with the tracklist for these ! So many amazing themes in these OSTs, would use them all if I could but for the medley to perfectly flow I just have to make some choices :)

Would have loved to hear Cid's Theme, Dancing Calcabrena, Deception, Fat Chocobo, +++. I am sure there are many more that I am forgetting. This game has one of the best final boss themes ever IMO. It is purely menacing. The epilogue/ending is also amazing. Even the last dungeon theme, how it has just that one powerful note. Only Uematsu can make a single note have so much weight (such as Empire theme in VI, Sephiroth theme in VII, and in various other entries etc). It is going to be very sad when he is gone. I still to this day listen often to this particular OST. This was, and will always be one, of the very best JRPGs. And for so many of us, it was our first. A timeless masterpiece.. Long live Final Fantasy in our hearts, and minds. 🤘 *BIG WHALE* 🤘

A bit late but finally got access to a big screen/sound room alone to watch this! Another amazing medley Marc, you spoony bard! These are my favorite projects of yours (though I also love your film scores covers). And it was great seeing familiar (& some unfamiliar) youtube musicians contributing! I also loved how you worked with the original 2D graphics in addition to the remake's FMVs throughout the medley. Can't believe you're almost done making medleys of the first ten FF games! I wonder if you'll combine the 3 Famicom titles into one medley, but maybe there's enough songs for each to work on their own. Can't wait to listen to your next big collaborative magic!

I have been listening to your final fantasy music since 2011. I remember first listening to Final Fantasy six medley, and I fell in love with your channel. I am extremely angry at TH-cam because for the last 10 months or so I didn’t know you made an FFiv medley. They are just not promoting your stuff correctly!
