This is the best video I have seen. I sat here and cried when the speaker talked about calling us people with migraines rather than migraine patients!

I got Fibromyalgia due to chronic migraine. I just started to use Botox 2 or 3 weeks ago. I'm starting to feel the benefits of it.

Can I ask how did you get fibromyalgia due to chronic migraine?

@@millyandmolly6299 same question? I have fibromyalgia and migraines but what I know that migraine is apart of fibromyalgia symptoms not a cause!

I had Botox for tmj pain injected into my jaw, temples and muscles up in my hair area.. I do actually suffer chronic migraines as well and I’ve had the Botox before for tmj and did experience the headache after the injections the first time but this time I recall the injections being significantly more painful like I heard pops as they administered them and it’s been well over a week now and I still have headaches on and off. It’s not a true migraine and not consisting more just a flash of head pain that comes and goes and the areas where the injections were placed are tender to touch . Is that normal?

I had my first injection of 30 shots of Botox for my chronic intractable migraines I still have been having some pretty bad migraine days and I also take medication also for it to also help but there are still a lot of days I end up in bed and not be able to really do anything at all and I have to keep it totally dark and lower down the sound also I know I’m developing some sensitivity to touch more and I do have more than 15 days of migraines I’m lucky to have at least five or 15 days without but mostly the maximum I’ve ever had is like maybe 10 eight or 10 days without migraines and they do get to be so severe that I just cannot handle anything or do anything at all even anymore I can’t even go out in the sunlight without having excruciating pain in my eyes and causing my migraine to hit if I’m not too long in the sunlight even with sunglasses

I had 200 units of botox for migraine 2 months back. Doctor prescribed me medicine for 2 months for prevention of migraine attacks. I also had severe pain in my temples, head wherever i got injected. Migraine is still on and off and feel tenderness on spots of injections specifically in temples. I still get migraine attacks on weekly basis..will i be continuing having more of attacks or will the situation get better?
