I really hope a more fealty-centric build with the designated cindra enders comes to the forefront of the meta, but with her being a ninja with an aggressive talent that may just be too many hoops to jump through
@@sheckleberg That’s my thought, although I do think a true Ira-style midrange deck playing more of the 1-for-5s exists. That deck would love all the 3-block mark on hit effects
So many ways to build this hero, my list is on 15 blues, use the new legs (instant speed go again after mask draw, or even targeting an earlier chain link weapon to let us attack an additional time?) is sick (maybe trash). I’ve ignored poisoned blade because of it easily being shit down. Okay that’s it.
@@boostingspendog Poisoned Blade is on my chopping block for the same reason. It’s easy to watch We Make Best and get hyped on a 3-cards 19, but Flexor and Shelter make it really easy to stop after we already committed to the line
@Lupinefiasco if we're building around MoM as primary mask, putting more attacks on combat chain when possible feels better, especially with our ability to threaten mask several times in a row. Usually with 2 drawn, I rarely found desirable blocks with 2nd one. Additionally I had several games where this was my MoM draw, not allowing me to apply enough pressure/punish. I think you still wanna play it, just maybe as 2 of at best.
Damn you weren't lying, there really are 22 blues in a draconic ninja deck. With how much you're flicking the daggers, have you considered running stab wound? Might be a decent finisher if they did too much blocking earlier and can't avoid the life loss on hit
@@EliCrusher you're probably right that salt is generally better, though if you hit with both daggers, flick them both and hit with both again it's essentially a 0 for 8 which is pretty tempting, but yeah way easier to block
@Praetors2 Flick hits dont count for Salt the Wound, because you're not actually presenting an attack with flick knives/blood runs deep/burning blade dance, you're just presenting 1 damage, no block step, the actual dagger card does not resolve. But 0 for 6 is still good!
@@Praetors2 I think you’ve actually convinced me, 0 for 8 is very nice, and if it means I take one more card out of my opponent’s hand I’m going for it. I wasn’t even thinking of the flick interactions!
@@Praetors2 it’s worth considering! I dismissed it as too easy to block but it’s still a 3-block blue. It could easily replace whatever ends up being the worst one
If you're running blaze headfirst, wouldn't display loyalty be better than hot on their heels since it it automatically makes a fealty and doesn't require and on hit? Or do you value the 3 block of heels worth the conditional mark?
@@samcameron7743 I value the 3-block more than the Fealty on attack, but my guess is that she actually wants both attacks. 1-costs can be awkward for her to play with at times.

The big thing on oath of loyalty as well is that drawing 2 of them feels really bad
Absolutely. The upside is it blocks for 3 but there's a real deckbuilding consideration with it.

I think stab wound is too easy to block, and if you want something with similar value just shove in lava burst or another salt the wound

2 many blues not enouth flicking knives
