I hate people that don't allow undo on talishar for no reason. Absolute fools in my eyes. I remember a guy on the talishar discord that was complaining about people requesting undo, and how he wanted a straight up no undo game mode. People turned on him quick lol.

Just getting back into the game and havent played since Tales of Aria release. I spent a good few minutes trying to figure out why you werent playing Winter's Wail, until I looked at the ban list 😬. This deck looks fun and matches my playstyle. Is there a path where you remove earth fusion entirley since it looks like Oaken Old is the only card for it, or is it just that good?

In the pummel oaken old trigger ordering i think it is often correct to have pummel resolve first, as it gives them less knowledge about their hand when they decide, as well as increasing the odds of hitting the best target in their hand. Oaken old-pummel would have a 50% chance to hit it and then wouldnt be touched by pummel Pummel - oaken first removes a card from hand, resulting in a 66.6% chance to hit the best card in their hand

Are victors actually playing snapdragons??

To be fair, the blues that Victor plays, which are bad gainst Nuu are the blues he actually has to play because they work with his kit. I think currenntly Betsy or Jarl are the better Guardians, just because of that reason. Thats why I stopped playing Victor, because all other possibilities just suck. And if I am playing fatigue Guardian I rather play anything but Victor.

Im on a less 2 cost heavy build atm, but Ive been loving the heart of ice lately into florians in particualr, as he often wants to decompose with rootbounds and slowing that down reliably really delays him coming online and buys you more time to get equiptment off the board. Its also really solid into enigma, as it stops her masses of d reacts and forces her to commit out ward way more proactively than she would like - its still a horrible MU but its easier to clear wards when her d reacts are -2 cards...

If you want to get a null head there is the option of remove nill boots use heart vs rune blade The bre arcanite sculcap. That has conditional ab 2 for the total ab 3

Mangle ignore the crush text. It still is a 3card 10 dominate ( glove's + 4 cost + the card it self) With the second value that they don't want to block with there equipment

Oh, maybe Rouse the Ancients is the E Strike comp for Guardian? Tear Asunder can also push Crush/On Hit if you have enough Resources?

I am also beginning a Guardian journey, so Im no expert, but I am enjoying Crush a lot. However I am rationalising it differently, so maybe this will help your mental framework on Crush? Crush is a 'merciful' mechanic in that it gives your opponent a choice: do you want a debuff or do you want to give me cards out of your hand? It definitely plays into the Guardian framework of playing deep into second cycle because I am at zen with Crush when I am perfectly happy to take the cards over the Debuff. Its about taking the air out of the sails more than exact on hits. Im finding Pummel to be the glue that holds it together. Red is great to push through the Crush effect, rip an extra card, and push the opponent closer to death. Blue punishes leaking damage while trying to avois the Debuff, but also gives you more resources to initiate attacks on awkward hands otherwise. My play style I prefer Blue, but winning lists run Red for obvious reasons.

I am not going to complain heavily about Jarl being Ice/Earth, but they missed out on the potential symmetry :p. If he was Ice only, you'd have a Blitz only Earth Guardian and a CC only Ice Guardian (baby Oldhims) to go along with the Thunder only and Earth only Runeblades being successors to Briar (No Rangers yet, but we got to finish the mono Elemental Wizard cycle).
