I literally just beat the final level when i saw this video. My playthroughs of the top floor levels were weird. I felt like i accidentally went into the path that felt like an optional one but it it was actuallyl eading me to the end. In Mad Mall I just kept restarting to beat every challenge(fastfood saloon traumatized me) and beat the level with a shortcut. Ring-a-Ding was probably the second easiest major boss,after Freako Dragon. the only hard part is the last phase,i beat the 1st and 2nd ones first try. I can't believe i didn't need a walkthrough for Maulbuster and actually understood how to beat her. If anyone needs it,here's the explanation: the meter in the top left corner goes to the left if you get hit by a speech bubble. So,your main objective is to not get hit too much! that way,you would fill Maulbuster's anger meter and go to the second phase. Try not to miss the tomato,or Maulbuster will become a little calmer and you will have to do the first phase again(don't worry,not fully). Btw,Mad Mall was the first level that forced me to change my keybinds. My jump and clutch were as faraway from eachother as possible. Now,they are literally next to eachother!
I said it once i'll say it again, Ring-A-Ding feels like an actual parody of the Kirby-coded ''Eldritch abomination amidst your average goofy cartoon game'' trope, the png bell at the start, the bullet-hell gimmicks, the fake outs, it just... oozes that for me personally.
Fun fact. Each of the bosses not including the final boss is a based on one of the 7 sins. Brawlbuster is Pride Jewel ghoul is Lust Tallbuster is Sloth Freako dragon is Greed Small buster is Envy (It’s also Confirmed that she and Maul are Female) Maul is Warth And Ring a Ding is gluttony.
I actually see why: Brawlbuster looks pretty proud of himself and stops to pose in the middle of his fight. Jewel Ghoul looks like he's a pimp, meaning he's pretty big in a business themed around sexual services. Due to his height, Tallbuster relies on either being in water or carried around by the other Bossbusters. Not to mention he throws bombs, which could emply that Tallbuster clearly wants to solve problems in the easiest way possible: violently. In the backround of Freako Dragon's boss fight there is a pachinko machibe, a machine often seen inside of casinos; places where people will spend all of their savings in the hopes of "going big". Smallbuster builds big and powerful inventions to make up for her size, perhaps to give herself an edge over those bigger than her. Maulbuster, while she loves to act, clearly is quick to anger and will gladly destroy those who DARE upshine her on the stage. I can't really think of a good example or reason as to how Ring-A-Ding is connected to Gluttony. The closest I can get to is when he absorbs a lot of those thunder cloud enemies at the start of his 2nd phase to "kill" Anton or Annie. Though I could also perhaps think he "hungers" for bloodlust and to destroy anyone and anything in his way to "feed" his rage.

First off, good luck on the next floor like- holy shi- Second off, watching you go through mad mall [the second time] with all those edits made it feel like a fever dream, and i loved every second of it! Third, you getting through the escape of glasshouse in 2 tries was honest to everything flabbergasting because that is the hardest escape in the game [at least in my opinion] and you got through it easily. The last hit of the mini boss reminds me to a boss from a kirby game called "kirby and the crystal shards" or smt like that and the boss i mean its a human girl who got possesed by a creature from space I recommend u the game cuz its a damn masterpiece

Mad Mall is my favourite level in the game, the sheer fast-paced action of it combined with the stress of the Mall Goblin's timer always being so tight to reach each detonator, it's such an adrenaline-filled experience, despite not being that hard/punishing. Meanwhile Glasshouse is my least favourite BY FAR. I would explain why but I don't want this comment to devolve into me screaming into the void for 3 paragraphs, so I'll just say I REALLY DO NOT LIKE the level's overall layout and gameplay.
