I think of their relationship as a surrogate brother/sister relationship during the game and my headcanon is that they become friends after. Then later on once Ib is older maybe 17-21ish they grow into something more.. I 100% support them being shipped. Just feel that with Garrys gentle and sometime noble personality he would definitely wait until Ib was of age so as to no take advantage of her. In that way I see no problem with them having feeling for each other. Haha. Then again that's my view and I'm aware others may not feel the same. lol.
I love this couple sooooo much! From the game I feel like Ib is mature for her age(maybe because she doesn't react a lot?) so I wouldn't be surprised if she had feelings for Gary. I imagine that if Gary did feel any feelings for her he'd keep them from her until she was at a more reasonable age. I also feel like that though Ib is more mature for her age she'd be naïve of not just her feelings but Gary's feelings as well.
