This game is very lackluster in terms of pvp. Most guns are more or less the exact same, counter has absolutely 0 tactical use besides blocking an attack, everyone just spams right click melee because thats the only way considering not doing that results in you dying first, maps are linear and shit.
Interesting. A lot of people, including randoms disagree with the opinion this game is very lackluster. Most recent post randoms were praising the PvP for being strictly Team oriented. We feel like, this game has A LOT of potential, and this is the early bits of it. I do agree with you, that countering melee does little besides buy you time and put you into a block lock. However if they add executions, and add a way to counter into a attack during a successful block, this PvP will only get better. They already have a roadmap and plan to add lots. I only hope they make the PvP better as well.
@@willz0452 Understandable, the frustrations of helldivers are definitely legitimate and reasonable. Don’t let that stop you from playing other games, because space marine 2 is AMAZING so far. Helldivers had a heavy influence from their discord server, encouraging a lot of the nerds the community currently hates. Very unlikely warhammer will fold to a discord server. I’m personally still mad about helldivers too

I have to disagree and say the PvP is a pleasant surprise. Requires more content for sure, more heretic skins, more maps, but I think I actually have more fun in PvP that co-op missions. I'm still bummed crossplay with PC and consoles is a no go. Blocking definitely needs a rework.
