I work in retail and personally I absolutely find it annoying when someone wants to buy stuff that comes to $13.00 (or anything under $20.00) and all they have is a big bill (like $100) and you can't break it. If there is a bank and the tellers are open, go there. Convenience stores are not banks people.

Even if the clerk had the capability of breaking that $100 by virtue of having enough smaller bills in his drawer, it still might be against store-policy, in which case he gets in trouble for accepting it.
I'm pretty sure that most people know that drive-through fast-food restaurants and gas-stations have a policy about 'big-bills'. Go to the Wal-Mart or other grocery store that's right up the street - they'll take it happily, and you get a 99¢ piece of gum and call it a day.

The USA also has pretty lenient laws on the publishing of footage and info regarding crimes and such, so it means that a lot of this stuff gets posted. Many countries restrict what can be published to the public.

It seem to be a good way to protect both policemen and citizens. There were many cases of policemen lying and few days after video from citizen appears on the internet and retablished the truth.
Many loyal policemen claim for having camera and dashcam to protect them too.
However in france we got laws about privacy protection and it's forbidden to share videos identifying persons without their agreement (some exceptions exist), I think it's a good thing. It's sometime difficult to understant for tourists who want to film us without our agreement 😅

Case #2: F that lunatic. She had cops putting on glove within 2 minute of talking to her. She's out of her mind and needs to go to jail to understand that you don't act like that to anyone.
Case #3: Gotta love the stumble-up heroes who feel like they need to be arrested for some random nitwit. The Black Lives Matter movement is a legitimate movement, but random weirdos jumping into a police matter aren't making their point well. This woman wasn't harassed or murdered because she is black. Don't jump to conclusions based upon a knee-jerk reaction. Don't assault cops. You're not going to win. Don't interfere. Record from a distance.
Case #4: Airport drunks who think everyone is their friend. Protip: Don't bother people when you're wrecked. Just relax. Enjoy the ambiance of the multicultural environment. It's fun, but everyone isn't your new best friend. Don't be obtuse when dealing with cops, and FFS, DON'T fight with cops. You will not win.
