A tip for utilizing Q for dmg, if you sit still for ~2-3 seconds you can fear using the W or E then Q for additional dmg, Q does % current dmg, but using it on someone who had already been feared causes it to do 2x that dmg, Ideally you E fear -> Q -> W, as the enemies who take the full suck receive dmg based upon missing health.
I recommend going presence of mind and last stand secondary. Go w lvl 1 and in their minion wave. You will outheal their damage and kill them before they realize what's going on.
You should try Tahm Kench Hail of blades AP. You can ult enemy almost instant and your dmg is insane. You can play nashors tooth, ludens tempest and rabadon.
Oh mb. I didn't explain it well. He deals like 30 ap damage per tick. The tick deals damage after 0.25 seconds so it deals about 120 ap per second. Infact it is even more. On the current patch his ap ratio got buffed so he deals even more damage :D
you missed the part to mention that nocturne's damage was only 25% of what it normally is because you bought a single item that costs 1100 gold pre 25 minutes.
You want to spam your w spell during the laning phase. In order to do that you need mana and that's why frozen heart is so important. Spirit visage increases your shielding and healing by 25 % and gives you way more sustain. We don't want to deal damage with this build. We want to outheal the enemy. That's why these two items are way more important than riftmaker.

It doesn't really matter since the main damage comes from the w spell. Q would probably be better, but I maxed e first for faster wave clear.
