Those types just want to continue to dumpster the other team. So they just cancel anyone who wants to drop a nuke by team-killing. Just to fuel their own player stats.
Sometimes War Thunder has people who are literally the entire circus... and the worst that can happen is that you have the nuclear bomb in high BR, and you are literally the key to your team's turnaround and victory, and the clown comes, and well, everyone already knows the ending.
