I first sent pictures into Getty Images and thankfully was approved. sadly since then, I haven't been able to upload more pics, in the hope, that people like what they see. please help me as too why, I am unable to do this.

do you have to sign up with an app and smartphone? I would like to sign up with my desktop computer. Would that work?
Right now, the only way to apply is via the Contributor app. But, we will be launching a web based system, so please look out for our updated video which will explain how to apply using that.

yes, once you have been accepted as a contributor, you can upload from a computer too.
I have applied for Contributor and submitted 5 photos since October 3rd, why I have not received any further response..?

@eternalnjem, ok??? He even says in the video to submit between 3 and 6. 5 should not have been an issue. They should've been either approved or denied by now.

I was a contributor a few years ago. Do I have to apply again ? I had a few successful sales on Getty's , but the sales were spent on keywords done by Getty's . Your keyword assistance really helped to sell my photos. Thank you very much.

Is there any way to become Getty Images contributor (not istock contributor)? If so, what are the requirements of the photos? Thank you in advance.
When you apply to become a creative contributor, our editors asses your work and will offer you a contract for the site where they believe your work has the best chance of selling.
The vast majority of creators are offered a contract that publishes their images primarily to iStock. There's no advantage in having your images being principally published to a site where they are less likely to sell.

What we are looking for from Getty Images contributors is largely the same as what we seek in iStock Exclusives - basically, we need high quality, differentiated content i.e. fully model and property released lifestyle shots of people. If you shoot that kind of content, you have a better chance of being offered a Getty Images contract, although there are significant advantages to being an iStock Exclusive instead.
I have been a contributor since 2011, but am also interested in becoming an editorial contributor in the future. Is it the same submission process?
If you wish to upload News, Sport, Entertainment or Event images, you will first need to apply to Getty Images to become an Editorial contributor. Please note that Editorial Photo contracts are generally only offered to working photo-journalists. More info here:

Can you post the same photos to other stock photography sites?
If you are accepted as an iStock non-exclusive contributor, then yes - you can submit imagery to other agencies / sites. If you produce good work, you can later apply to become an Exclusive contributor - but that's your choice.

Hi, I am an iStock contributor but I photograph martial arts tournaments and sporting events. The only way to post it is if I become an editorial contributor. I have applied several times but received no answer. What am I doing wrong?
