Is this role highly dependent on having CPA licensure? I have observed that a CPA is strongly preferred across all job listings. In your experience, does NOT having a CPA decrease your chance of this position significantly? And perhaps (consequently), a non-CPA would need to start at a company and work up to the position? As opposed to getting hired newly for a Controller position (due to competition of CPA licensed candidates). Hope that makes sense. Thank you.

The main perk of you being able to automate most of the work would mean that u can have a life outside work
That's the point. I make everything I do easy so I never have to work hard.

Its not as easy as that. I agree that you can automate Book keeper/accounts job but not Controller.
