Take 1cup of rice wash it well and soak for about 4hours or overnight, drain the water add some salt blend it well into a smooth paste then transfer into a bowl and add some more water until the batter is into flowing consistency.. Once the batter is ready heat the pan drizzle some oil and pour a ladle full of batter and spread it close the lid and cook for 2 to 3min and ur dosa is ready u can serve it with chicken curry or anything of your choice
