@@BreadtheRipper back in my day, swords could block and even back further in my day, they could also lose durability on torches and grass, which was super annoying since mending didn't exist. That change was pretty new, I think it was back in 1.8 or 1.7.10 so you would be forgiven for thinking that.

The reason Rushia still fall there is because both her and the slime are boing boing.

Why is Rushia's mouse swerving from side to side when she's climbing? Does she use a trackpad or something lol
The swerve is common in people who don't play games a lot, which is weird considering she's still playing like a bit of a noob in spite of how long and how many games she's played already. Or maybe she was just scared shitless about losing all her items again or something lol
She's pressing "w" i guess. You can climb the scaffolding by just pressing the spacebar
i saw one translate that she keep pressing w a s d to go up, she didn't know that space could make her go up aswell. that mean it same applied to go down she use that w a s d
I think she was climbing by looking up and pressing w (forward), which would wobble you if you aren't looking directly upward and are perfectly centered.
That's why using space (jump) is preferred, since that sends you straight up.
She just doesn’t know how they work
You can see how innovative Pekora is willing to go just to ensure other members don't accidentally die from her projects.
She covered the top surface with glass so people wouldn't accidentally fall and just for extra precaution, literally created a safety engineering for a trap.
But it couldn’t prevent Rushia dead. Slime trap 10/10 -1
