If you didn't hear about it, CCJPA (Capital Corridor Joint Powers Authority) is going to build a Passing Siding North of this station for special event trains picking up passengers from Levi's Stadium.
Bombardier Transportation I actually have not heard about that until now. Very interesting stuff for sure. It should be intriguing to see the siding built and the increase in train traffic capacity. Thanks for the info !
Awesome video Brent. I’ve been to the other Santa Clara Station but not this one. Definitely cool to have an awesome video of this station. Keep up the good work!
Elevation Station Productions Thanks for the comment Joshua ! Yeah..., most people who ride the ACE trains are commuters that use the train daily. They usually know where the engineer will spot the cab or locomotive and where the door will open. The ACE trains are usually packed, so commuters line up to try to get on first and find a seat on the train. The good thing about this though is that the ACE engineers will usually almost always blast the loud horn as they are rolling into the station; all to the dismay of the commuters, haha.
9:39 that is the best horn

Question, did you wear something for your ears so that the whistle would not hurt or did you wear nothing?
Nope. Although I should, haha ! The ACE train horns are definitely the loudest horns I’ve ever heard.
