Mines an E46 but I have the same issue long crank and low idle RPM I’ve given up trying to fix it I’ve changed everything I can think of and I have 0 codes
my E92 cranks perfectly fine, but when I hit the brakes it has a vacuum leak. once the car warms up it’s totally fine. I have a feeling it’s the intake manifold! I will update once I find something else.
This could be a DME fault needs to be reprogrammed if so it could also be related to 02 sensor throwing off afr you should test the afr may not even be a leak if vacuum you could easily determine this by doing a Dyno run they can tell you if there is an actual vac leak in comparison lol you need to drive a feel the car and if it drive good then it may just be a bmw being cranky lol as we all know bmws act the way they want 😂 check the crank case breather hose mine went bad and had no idea but nobody thinks to check that but could be the culprit but your issue is it only leaks when you hit the brake pedal so I don’t think it’s vac leak just not enough symptoms to confirm I think again it’s electronic related
Also check the vanos solenoids exhaust and air and could be an internal leak inside the crankcase pathway in the manifold
WHAT DID IT TURN OUT TO BE?
Have this issue fixed ? I have the same problem
Plz reply with the solution, i am depressed with this issue

Am I tripping or are there big holes rusted through the wheelwell?
Might be your crankshaft seal?
How is the remote start kit coming, I’ve been seeing a few bad reviews for the product.
I’ve ordered it on the 25 and still haven’t received it !!!
Could be the knock sensor, that’s the only issue with mines.
This has been happening to me for the last year and it’s quite annoying.
we're in this one together haha
