They're just idols of the idols. I don't think new generation will ever get that. The impact big bang had in the k-pop scene. They paved the way for others. Sometimes people talk about how BTS or BP is huge (it's a fact). But imo the only big impact they had was to bring global people to the scene (and it's great). But BigBang in Korea... Man that's another level. I discovered k-pop in mid 2000 with Tohoshinki (TVXQ) because I was in Asia. But when BigBang appears (maybe not first ep for me) it was another level. We just saw the scene change around them.

Nope, it was released in 2017. He wrote it in 2014. The album Kwon Ji Yong released in June 2017, I saw it live at his solo concert in NY in August 2017. It is one of my songs.
