This top 5 really set the higher standard for future MU editions. Thailand got the most difficult question though. Her answer was the correct answer, when you got a very technical question like that, that’s as diplomatic as it can get and no matter how good Paween’s answer was, it won’t be as quotable because of the technicality nature. Very unlucky.
Candidates should be able to choose their own questions randomly instead of been assigned to them because that can be seen as if the Organization was rigging the competition against some contestants and favoring some others. Here for example, Colombia and Thailand had the hardest questions and as expected, they didn't make top 3 while Puerto Rico and South Africa had questions about social media and the environment, two topics that are very rehearsed and prepared by the contestants in general, and they were the top 2.
That was the organization did it this year; every single finalist chose randomly a number, and the selected judge made the question, just like in the previous era
This is my ranking : 1) Zozi : absolutely nailed it. Nothing left to say 2) Sofía : her answer is great and i love the way she delivered it 3) Madison : she spoke a little too fast and that might make people feel uncomfortable to listen to it. But her answer is great and she was totally amazing I cannot choose between Gabriela or Fahsai. But i think Gabriela answered with a heart and Fahsai answered it logically. Sooo ... 😗
