Even when you have all the time in the world and start in your early teens or earlier , and have best teachers and huge motivation, unless this is a natural talent, it would surely take at least 15 years for a young person to play like that and for a late bloomer, it'd take 25 + years to touch that, but by the time when getting old , the speed of the picking hand may not get there no matter how hard an oldie like me practices. I am blown away by their band ASTERISM

it's even more crazy knowing she started playing guitar at only 10... after only 2 years and she's already that good

Even at that young age, Hal-Ca is a performer. The way she handles the guitar, her gestures. A future rock LEGEND!!!
Totally agree, man. They give me the chills listening when they are, like 14. Now, they are more intense and refined , make my eyes tear up listening.
She talks better with her guitar than most can with their voice! Absolutely amazing!!
Bass got more strings than the guitar.
But he's truly kicking ass.
If you look at her way of playing, her mannerism, her stance and the way she sometimes moves on stage, it's like watching Dimebag Darrel reincarnated.
