The Turbo Fire is surprisingly smaller than i thought, about the length of my arm.

For me, it's the turbo advance. Higher capacity beats slam-fire and it's super-easy to mod. I run an 8.5 kg surgefire spring in mine and it's hitting the high 90's fps. Add a second drum and a dump pouch, with an x-shot excess as a secondary and you're good to go.

Meh, I still prefer Turbo Advance because it has pump-action and holds more darts.
Actually NO turbo fire comes with 48 darts and turbo advance comes with 40 darts looooool

Also the drum can hold 40 darts, which is way more than turbo fire.

In terms of actual blaster ready to fire capacity; Turbo Fire has just 20 darts while Turbo Advance has 40.
Turbo Fire is just inferior in every way except the shape.

@@Damian-03x3 defo write the priming is way better as it's on the front and it's pump. I'm not a fan of slam fire due to less Accuracy and it holds double darts and.better fire range loooool

Just got the turbo advance. If I ever see it on sale for 19.99 I would get me a second one 👍😃. Was a hardcore nerf fan until I gave this a try. I am impressed with its performance. I am now a fan of x shot and nerf. Best of both worlds now give me that nerf Hypnos too.

Slight tangent, but is the performance of the Super Drum (basically recolor of the TA for the other store) on par with that of the Turbo Advance? (Both stock for comparison of course, or with the same mods)
@legitbread i have the walmart brand super drum but the walmart brand super drum is similar to the zuru x-shot turbo advance mine is light blue,navy blue and the drum is pink

I got a turbo fire and I slam fired it shoots up to 4.5 darts per second when I just pull the primer and release it and I think the stock thing is not comfortable so my dad unscrewed it and removed the thing
What i don't like about the turbo fire is the thumbhole grip which doesn't need to be and the long barrel. X-shot drum is also too short and the darts sticks out of the drum too much.

Both are too big to be a sidearm
But the magnum has more capacity
There is practically no reason to get this unless you plan to cut off the front and get a smaller drum
The Magnum is usually a Target exclusive. If you're not in the US, then it's a lot harder to get it for a decent price. I think Legitbread is Canadian.....? For him, he can always cross the border over to the US or get it shipped from Target. (yea, I know your post is from 8 months ago, but...oh well.)

added slamfire removes pump defeating the pros of slamfire. same why reduce Drum capacity, just add a bigger plunger and fire both over and under rows att the same time doubling its rate of fire putting that slam fire to really Good use and get a pseudo shotty blaster åt the same time

Pump action and big capacity are way more valuable than slam fire imo.
@Hamza El Bahy You can load darts just as fast so I don't see issues here.
A small cylinder isn't any easier to load than a big one.
It's faster to fill up, but it will get empty faster too, so it cancels itself out. And you definitely want to be able to fire more darts without relosding, so big cylinder clearly wins unless there are soem very specific limitations in your games.
Turbo Fire's only advantage other than slam-fire is smaller size and that doesn't really matter since both blasters are primaries.
@Hamza El Bahy It will take longer to reload when you empty it, the thing is, you should never empty cylinders in the first place.
The main advantage of having a cylinder is that you can load darts at any time without disabling your blaster. You can load after every kill or even more often without any issues. If you completely empty your cylinder, that's just your stupidity, unless you got spare loaded cylinders to swap. A small cylinder will of course be easier to empty and will limit your combat potential by holding less darts.
Small cylinder has no real advantages over a bigger one in primary blasters. If you wanted to use one of these as a secondary, then you would have a good argument for a smaller profile. Or you just personally really like small cylinders enough to justify sacrificing some practicality.
