Oooooh you make me want to do more cold brews! Especially with that glass pitcher! Love it. Amazing video and love all the details in the description, thank you! 🙌
Thank you! I'm glad you enjoyed it! Cold brewing is a great convenient way to drink more tea, which I’m definitely a fan of doing lol😆 and my tea cabinet is getting overwhelmed so its helping me handle that somewhat. I got that glass pitcher for $20 on Amazon and it is indeed nice.
Thank you! I'm glad you found it useful. I really enjoy cold brewing. It's very convenient, helps me sip down my stash, and it can often bring out great flavor notes. I'll be doing a video on cold brewing with tea bags soon as well.
Optional notes in the description include; using a small amount of hot water in the beginning if there’s bacteria concerns, adding sweetener, info on the teas used in this video, links to similar pitchers of the first one used and a link to the second one used.
Where do you get your tea? I don’t know which tea I’d like best, but I like the pre-made Gold Peak Sweet Green tea and could drink it by the gallon but want to cut the sugar and save money -those bottles are getting pricey!! Any recommendations? Thanks!!
Hey there! Great question. I get my tea from various places. Mostly online but I do often buy tea from grocery stores like Whole Foods, Publix & Target. Since you like the Gold Peak Sweet Green Tea I’d suggest Celestial Seasonings, Tazo and Republic of Tea. They’re sold conveniently in grocery stores and I’ve had some green tea blends from them that have a nice level of sweetness without a lot of sugar. Recently I’ve had Celestial Seasonings Honey Lemon Ginseng Green Tea and Republic of Tea Mandalorian The Child blend that has green tea, honey & herbs. Both are great. I have a review of the Celestial Seasonings one on my channel. Also if those aren’t sweet enough or if you have a plain green tea that you wanted sweetened I’d suggest adding honey and/or cane sugar. Hope this reply helped and you find a good replacement tea. Cheers!
Great question, yea you can use more tea and water for sure. Adagio does have a pitcher that's somewhat similar to the blue one from Teavana in this video so yeah they both can hold more amounts. I typically use the ratio I put in the video as a standard but I like experimenting with different amounts. Hope you enjoy your cold brew. Cheers!
Hey great question, I buy my tea from A LOT of places. My tea cabinet had even spilled over into a closet for the past year or so as well lol. Most of the tea I currently have is from Adagio Teas, DAVIDsTEA, The Republic of Tea, Harney & Sons, T2 Tea and Tazo. I mostly order online but I do pick up some brands in grocery stores sometimes like Yogi, Tazo, Celestial Seasonings, and various bottled teas.
@@AvrinintoTea I just got into loose leaf not too long ago. I ordered from Harney and Sons.. good stuff but also very expensive. I'm looking for a more cost effective tea for cold brew.

Could you use more tea and more water in the Adagio infuser?

Why is it "very important" to use filtered water?

Are you looking for more plain/one ingredient loose leaf teas or blends with various ingredients?
