I make luocha using 2 Atk Set and 2 Outgoing healing set. for planar is loufu set with mix HP and Atk. he get around 5000 hp and everytime he heal, he reach 4700-4900 heal. good for sustain healer. Huohuo LC is good for him tho. everytime someone using ultimate (especially Arlan) they give heal to the less HP on team.

@@_nazukuin some cases then yes, otherwise no since luocha’s heals based on atk and huohuo is based on hp if im correct

penacony planar set could be also good for extra energy and if youre playing with welt or dan heng

whilst pulling for him i got him in 48 pity i was on 50/50 then i decided to pull for the natasha 4 star lc then i got his signature lc and natasha lc in 10 pulls im so happy rn

Honestly yeah. The stats are nice and the hp up can give him some survivability
