This video took me up what feels like 5 UTRs in terms of pure ability alone. Key tip for transitioning intermediate to more advanced players, this is the missing element. Crazy how simple it is. Applying it can be hard, but having the knowledge is the first step. Also, I think it can be applied to backhand with some nuances.
