Actually no the biker was not in the fault. Yes he broke the law passing a double yellow line but the 2nd bike never even attempted it. To make it worse even if he did try to what was the trucks excuse???? The Only excuse he possibly has was to cause a wreck, so no matter what the bike did or did not do the truck would have been in the wrong.

First thing you get thaught as a bike driver, is that you are vulnerable in traffic. I understand it sometimes suck, but most of these situations are because you dont properly acess the situation, and then making it worse by thinking your behaviour is justified after. Seems alot of childish behaviour from all drivers from all vehicles

Joshua McClellan exactly I watch a lot of these videos and I’d say 30% of the clips, the biker is not slowing down when there’s merging lanes up ahead and he gets pissed when he almost hits the car coming into his lane. Keyword is MERGING 😂 like slow down and don’t go 80 mph in a 50 it would help people see you better too like damn you got breaks so use them dumbass
