wow, i hadn't realized you haven't watched the OMV for this song yet (definitely worth a watch , even if it's just in your own time). some vids you definitely need to watch: >the 3 other singles they've released for the new album : _Green Serpent_ , _Kafka_ , and _Rogue_ (the first one is my fav , and that 3rd one is start-to-finish brutality). there's also a fancam of _Fast Draw_ ; but it's a fancam🤷♂😒 >Audiotree From Nothing interview (has 3 live-in-studio performances mixed in). an absolute must for any Jinjer fan. i think the only _old_ one you've missed is _Until the End_ i also feel like _Just Another_ doesn't get enough love (it's from the KoE album). ALSO ... you are correct - Vlad started as a classically trained pianist. then later taught himself guitar and drums. there's a vid on their channel of him playing a classical piece on piano -- he's good.
Hi, Tim! I think the Official Music Video is still worth reacting to - it, together with the song, is high art, IMO. The song was written in reaction to Russian aggression in their home region of Donbas in 2014, which prompted them to flee their homes. The song is from the perspective of a child, or at least of child-like naivete. It's heartbreaking.
Thank you. Great performance. The impact of the lyrics gets lost a little bit compared to the video where the visuals help to bring the message and emotional charge.
They have a new one called Green Serpent which I think you would like.

The song is about the Russian incursion into Ukraine in 2014, the band was forced to flee their home in eastern Ukraine.
Prefer the OMV on this song for the tea party scene!!
