Easy watercolor using painter’s tape.

Use painter’s tape to “mask” off areas. This is a simple, fun project that shows how to preserve areas on the paper, while continuing to build the design.
Supplies needed:
-Painter’s tape (not masking nor clear tape) blue or green
-Watercolors
-Paper
-Water container
-Brush
-Scissors
