O don’t care about arguments. I care about keeping the methodology intact, original. It’s not a private school. It’s the School of Tactical Periodisation. The subject you are exposing, and you expose it in an incorrect way. The information on media is there but choosing the right one is crucial. And this video shows you’ve been looking at the wrong one. Just telling you to choose the info channels wisely and giving you the info that there is an official school about the subject you are trying to address. And that Prof Vítor Frade (the creator of the subject you are trying to expose) is a part of it. Do you need any other argument??
@@filipemorais6382 First, Tactical Periodization is the methodology designed by Frade and there can not be any "official" schools. Like there can not be "official" schools of math and physics. Second, the video is about providing a practical and and simplified example of a Tactical Periodization training session according to the Frade's methodology. Finally, if you don't care about arguments, you'd better keep yourself away from coaching
