That isn't Java's error.
You need to follow the video correctly, each and every step.
There's no desktop in CMD? You need to reach there. It's simple usage of command prompt. Follow the video again.

Your desktop maybe in some other folder, you press Windows+ E and then click on desktop and go to properties and see the address and then follow the steps accordingly. All the best
