With the 2024 US presidential election around the corner, 2 key questions for Nomad Capitalists are:
Will Donald Trump end "double taxation" of US expats? - th-cam.com/video/B4M7U_H1rZc/w-d-xo.html
How should you prepare for Kamala Harris's "Tax Armageddon"? - th-cam.com/video/8hJV5DvolI0/w-d-xo.html
Watch these 2 videos and get prepared now. Don’t wait until it is already too late!

If you can bring on a FED economist, you can also bring on the inventor of quantitative easing, Prof. Richard Werner.

After living here for one month now, I second Andrew’s opinion that Kuala Lumpur is the best “value” city in the world. Such a chill October it’s been in Mont Kiara. Not a tidbit of an issue and I’ve explored all the suburbs which are also fantastic!

As of today, my cash reserve has yielded from $350k to nearly $1m

Sometimes you can't just tell the people, you have to show them. Keep going Danielle, you're almost to the point where the public will believe you when you say that the business cycle is part of the Feds tool box, that the government loves the taxes it can collect on bubbles as they grow, (unrealized income tax, anyone?), and that big business loves the bargains it can pick up after the bubble bursts and the ease of doing business without small business interference. You can tell them about how much more reasonable small countries become in the face of dollar loans coming due when dollars are in short supply, how the IMF and World Bank are hiring again, the bubbly feeling at the State Department. About war, the biggest stimulus of them all.

Economic disaster really, USA and Citizens have been dropping the ball. It would be nice if Americans have financial literacy. How can the government be financial responsible if the citizens are not also. It does not matter if we had the best government it is up to the people to also be as good or even better. It is not easy running a Nation which has been the strongest history has ever seen, so again we will be quite fine. The federal Reserve is suppose to just bail out the people, how does that make any sense. So average Americans can blow all their income, wealth and never save nor invest but it is all the federal governments fault. Makes zero sense, My financial sheet is amazing, because regardless of the USA government, I have good financial habits and knowledge which I have built up on my own. I do not need a federal government bail out nor do i require the Fed to provide for me. Accountability, I love how people love to blame only the government but ignore the massive amounts of failures of the American people, again the governments are just made up of average people. The government does not have special people from a different universe. Stop blaming all these other things and show me how you are even qualified and have produced effective results. If you do not have the results of operating a 27 trillion dollar market, I do not even understand how you can assume you know the answers. Again, it is easy to back seat drive and say your right if your ideas and methods are never placed to the test.

Rejoining the workforce to support the adult kids. Tell me about it. They blame us boomers for being able to save some money and see appreciation of our homes. I think we were not so lucky actually. From 2006 thru 2010 everyone (except Buffet an his ilk) lost and retirement funds were decimated. Appreciation of real estate in the past 9 years has been mostly offset by much higher living cost whose rise rate only has slowed down. Prices will not go down until the big crash happens. It is very much overdue.

President Trump's approach to countering inflation emphasized fostering economic growth through the creation of "real jobs," deregulation, and tax reforms. He believed that by stimulating business investment and reducing governmental intervention, the economy would grow at a faster rate. This growth, in turn, would help counter inflation by increasing the production of goods and services, which can mitigate price increases.

Danielle's idea to rebuild the fed has merit but she left out the power to print money. The money should be printed by the treasury & dollars should not be noted of debt but a value of gold & silver.
