I'm so glad y'all liked Elvira's Cafe. We live in Alabama, but we have been coming to Wears Valley the past 12 years. My husband and I watched as ground was broken, framed....etc. We eat at Elvira's every time we come up if they are open. We are proud to call Elvira, the owner our friend. Her pancakes are my favorite with bacon.
Oh my goodness. Another food video. Elvira’s was good, as usual. The omelet was very good. I personally wouldn’t order it because of the peppers in it. Maybe you could get it without the peppers or they would have another kind. The crepe looked great, with the bananas and strawberries. With a side order of eggs, YUM! The river walk in Pigeon Forge was good. The “babies” were all hungry and eat up the food. That heron was big. I think you then went to the Island. That was great, too. Margaritaville was awesome, and the place they had to sit down was great, too. All in all it was a great video. You both do a fantastic job of searching out places to keep us all interested. Between that time I got married had 4 babies of my own and just hadn't had the spare money/time to visit the beautiful Smokies. So watching these videos is like a vacation for me. Its wierd, but y'all feel like family to me. Watching these takes me back to being 10 years old again and seeing the Smokies for the first time- the magic is still there. It's a special place and I want my kids to experience that magical feeling I still get when I visit there. Love y'all!

Loved the video guys as always. That breakfast looked delicious. Very generous portions. I've eaten crepes,you can do sweet or savory. Originated in france the batter is always made real thin But Ive not had the chocolate / Nutella . Looked incredible. Love your channel.wacthing for your next video

Next time you go ask if she is there. She usually is. Ask her where she is from? Have you done that place called blackberry inn yet? We used to go to the orangery in Knoxville. But it closed. Over there by you is a Japanese place and they have one in Seymour. Seymour has some pretty good family owned places that would cool to see.

We ate there for lunch awhile back and did not like it. Service was really bad. Having said that you're omelet looked delicious. Maybe breakfast is better. Loved seeing the river and the ducks!
They were obviously trying to impress you for the camera as we got printer paper menus when the guy seated us. Was told they aren't using the regular menus for awhile due to the Corona. You had better luck than us there. We were there the June 5. An older gentleman seated us and the from that point on, we were ignored. It wasn't that busy. However they seated 2 other parties in the same room and took their order for drinks. I tried to make eye contact with the 3 servers and they seemed to purposely not look our way. We left after 8 minutes. Other places are happy to take our order. I told the guy that seat us why we were leaving, as we walked out. Too bad as since the virus started, we tip 25-40%. Never will return there. Too long of drive to Wears Valley to get treated like crap (or crepe).
in the south we call it a crepe to rhyme with grape : ) also i love crapes but seems like you always get a little short changed on the filling.

In Maryland they have a crab filling crepe. So good!!!! for crab and cheese lovers. And it's very thin.
