Thanks for the video. Using your bicycle analogy, if a bike without tyres is classified as a bike, are the bike tyres alone also a bike? (I assume not). Therefore at which point does an item cease to be a bike? How many parts need to be removed before it's no longer a bike? Is it based on a number of parts, or just the essential character.
i have a question here, what if our product is a mixture of elements comprising of items that belongs to different Chapters. For Example: I am importing a Power Rectifier solution, it Includes Rectifiers (8504.40) & Intelligent Power Cabinets (8537.10) and the rectifiers are housed within the Cabinet so should i classify it as a complete power solution or should i classify it as two independent products
I have a question when two parts of different heading is combined together to form a part of an another product of different heading ,how can we classify can we classify that its a part of an product or we can go for GRI 3c
