Can you please do another video on posting and the proper leg position? I have had 5 knee surgeries and am trying to get back to posting now that my knee is stronger again, but it seems that my legs are always a bit too far forward. I would appreciate any help I could get. Thanks!!!
Correct me if I'm wrong, because I'm a beginner that is trying to learn this from this video: #1 Edited so poorly it's not possible to learn the transition (did you splice right on the transition?) #2 Outside leg determines the diagonal, so keeping it the same in the wrong ....damn, I'm dyslexic.
Hello, just wondering if you could help me and give me some advise? Since I have been riding I have always posted to high in the saddle when trotting. I have tried many things to improve and get into the right position. I have lengthened my stirrups, practiced my sitting trot and I also post when riding bareback. I have had this problem 16 years, I have improved somewhat over the years. My pelvis and hips are bad but I work around it. Do you have any tips on what I can do? Thank you so much.
