I like placing the kettlebell on the ground in front of me, then doing sort of like a deadlift with one hand while flipping the kettlebell upside down when bringing it to the chest at the same time, where I grab it with my other had, rotate over my shoulders and then bring it down to the floor with that other hand. Then repeat in the opposite direction. This way it’s a full body workout including legs too. The key is to grab the handle properly when it is on the ground so that the entire movement flows like one motion.
