Even though coach Brian says he's kind of an introvert he has a welcoming playful personality. He seems to goes with the flow in social situations and it's endearing. That's one of the reasons him and Javier became such good friends/rivals, though Javi is a sweetheart himself.
Being introvert doesn't mean you can't have playful and open side. Just need to recover from the socializing. He does that during social events, if you watch him closely. Sort of dive in - make mischief - dive out to charge your battery - watch your surroundings for new mischief opportunities - dive in....
