Very pretty cat necklace/i.d. collar...
however, a cat parent needs to consider safety issues with this design.
Paracord is a very strong cordage (at any tensile strength gauge...95, 275, 325, 425, 550, etc.) and could become a strangle hazard for the cat if it gets caught on something - either indoors or outside.
Even paracord necklaces or neck lanyards for humans should have breakaway closure (i.e.; breakaway designed knots, pop barrel connectors, buckles, or magnetic clasp), which allows for the necklace to release if caught or pulled by an obstruction.
No disrespect to CORDA Crafts... just looking out for cat/animal safety.

Our cat even in the backyard with harness on and us watching got herself in a pickle trying to jump the garden wall, thankfully harness clips the leads by the body so even though she was hanging it wasn't her neck and nothing tightening up. They get into all sorts and yes in the house too. Great idea though , not sure if there's knots out there designed to give way to pressure , but how much pressure would also have to be considered
