Although most of the time you wont be hearing any music in this map, the constant droning noise in the labyrinth like tunnels makes this map very suspenseful
The somber tone to the music in the house makes sense when you really look into what tends to happen to people who are smuggled by Coyotes. Also, why the fuck is Sins Of The Father's soundtrack so goddamn freaky?
@@flunterklufin485cant say for sure with the flashlights but I saw them with the green phosphor nods. Just look near the stalagmite columns. There’s also evidence for A rank on this map that alludes what I was talking about.
@@silastrinidad6096 This map and Carriers of the Vine made me wish there was more supernatural stuff in RoN but in a background/Easter egg way, not D-Platoon literally fighting ghosts or zombies and such
I think it makes the music flow with the level more. The final segment, while great, is more sad than tense. It fits as an end theme to a very stressful mission.
That guitar is haunting. Chilling to the bone. A reflection of the cold reality that comes with that life
sicario tunnel scene be like
not only the tunnel, almost similar to the entire movie (i'm talking about this soundtrack btw)

The maps with the Cartel, have probably my favorite leitmotif, with the acoustic guitar.
9:08 very similar to the song heard in Greased Palms.
Most maps with connected lore have their own distinctive musical tone.
It's the Los Locos Leitmotif, their theme that plays for the missions they're involved in
@@silastrinidad6096even ends of the earth?
@@lobaandrade7172 no, since ends of the earth is not connected to los locos
Going in without night vision turns RoN into a horror game real quick
It’s like the favela from Max Payne 3 from how it’s done but something feels like it’s being held back

KEEP THEM GOING
Johann Jóhannsson would be proud
So much for last ost
This mission was fuuuucked.
Was it? I didn’t really look at my surroundings ima be honest, I just did my job
@@flunterklufin485 next time you're in that map, go to the cave's dock and look off into the void.

3:42 slender man vibes
If only the song was playing during the part you clear the tunnels and not when you reach the boat :/
