Well you can say the Dodge charger of toretto is the first car of taro but thats how i see it. And its sad the game ends here cuz they haven t launched any updates.
I'm glad they added so many acceleracers cars, basicalls every driver has at least one car which is awesome. Just too bad the game isn't as popular as it could be
We really have come a long way ever since HWU1 brought in a racing drone. Wish more people knew about Turbocharged especially with more of the HW35 cars being available and the overall gameplay being a MAJOR improvement over the first game. Shame Dune Ratz couldn't make it,though.🤔
Who knows when the next HotWheels videogame will come out… but if there’s one thing to take away from both Milestone games despite their flaws, at least they listened to the community.
The Silencerz cars are really badass, I never understood when I was a kid, who they were or what purpose did they serve in the story (to my surprise I end up discovering about the cliffhanger years later). The silver/purple looks cool. Can't decide which ones I like more, Silencerz or Drones.
All those Hot Wheels cars from both World Race and Acceleracers are very impressive that I can't decide which ones are my favorite and makes me think we could drive in any of them to feel the rush, race in different Racing Realms to improve our skills, and meet our favorite Acceleracers characters to team up with their racing teams to defeat the Racing Drones from collecting Accelecharges.
I love that acceleracer still have so much interest and love after so many years This game is like my childhood dream came true even though I dislike the new game every couple year model
Seared Tuner, Rodger Dodger, MS-T Suzuka, and Maelstrom also count if you count the World Race video games, which since they were officially licensed I do. I'm disappointed they didn't add in an unreleased car like Titanium since they did it with Prototype Beach Bomb in the first game, especially since it's another car for Vert, but oh well. Honestly I'm just simply surprised we got around half of all the Acceleracers cars and some surprises for the World Race ones, both the video game and toy ones maybe if we can somehow get a third Unleashed game then *maybe* we'd get all of the World Race and Acceleracers cars, including the games and unreleased ones? It's a big stretch since it seems like this game failed so hard, so a third title is already a big ask in of itself, but a man can dream… Also, at the time of writing this, the game and all DLC is currently on sale at Steam for $35.99 for their summer deals, should I get it at that price or wait for it to go even lower? I've seen some pretty mixed reviews for it.
@@ZacharyDietze that’s as low as it will go probably until the 3rd game comes out (which who knows ) Also they never released world race diecasts from the video game. Hence why I didn’t include them. I explained it all in my video, including the sale price

@@juandavidquirozgonzalez229 ummm no. We have enough. This isn't an AcceleRacers game and it's not the sole focus of it. As much as I would like some of those cars I think the existing selection is satisfactory.
Hey Jaycee, question for ya. If you do a side-by-side comparison of muscle tone and a 2018 Dodge Challenger SRT Demon. They look pretty similar to one another. I would say muscle tone is more Challenger than Camaro.
It’s based off of the old Camaros. It was designed to be a new Camaro back when there was no Bumble Bee Camaro yet. In fact it directly inspired Camaro designers who bought Muscle Tone to inspire them to create that design. The taillights on the Challenger however do match up to those of the Muscle Tone, but that’s because they are both based off of old Muscle Cars
@@JayCeeSquared I'm currently looking at my die-cast of muscle tone, and personally I don't see any Camaro in it. If it's based off old styled Camaro's, shouldn't it resemble one? I personally see a more modern day Dodge Challenger as inspiration for Muscle Tone. Due to both having similar body shapes, windows, front ends, rear ends.
The Number 1 problem with HWU 2 imo is that it wasn't a substantial enough upgrade to the first game to warrant a sequel. It could have easily been packaged as a content update, and they could have kept supporting the game like the live service model it mostly presented itself as. Instead, they dropped support within a year, tackling fatal problems painfully slowly, if at all. The game launched with unplayable online due to gold farmers, blatantly broken vehicles, very buggy creative options that constantly deleted themselves and more. With a robust enough track creator, the game could have survived with ugc alone. But unfortunately, the upgrades we got to it in the second game are minor. It is still a very buggy and restrictive system that forces track creators to bend over backwards to get anything remotely creative done. Try recreating any tracks from the previous titles and you quickly realize that it is practically impossible. Add to this the tendency of cars to simply not interact with the modules correctly half the time and the chokingly restrictive budget, track creation always feels like an uphill battle. Another thing I would add is that the game is simply not polished at it's very core. It feels like very little was done, past the basic physics of the engine they use, to actually make the driving experience smooth like an arcade racer should be. Compare the physics of this game to the recent LEGO 2k Drive and the problem is immediately obvious imo: I never have to worry about getting my car flipped over due to barely clipping a wall in the LEGO game, because it is an actual proper arcade racer where the physics are authored to create a smoother driving experience instead of a more realistic one. In HWU, it legitimately feels more like a "toy car simulation" game, in which it accurately depicts the tendency of toy cars to fly out of the track unpredictably. If they really wanted to go for a volatile experience like this, they should have compensated by introducing legitimate catch up mechanics, but there's barely any. Ultimately, the game is fine, if you are a big Hot Wheels fan. But as a standalone game? It feels half baked. As a result, it appeals to a small niche. Which is a shame! This game could have been the next rocket league if it was given the proper care and attention...
