- In this video I show you how to remove the intercooler from the Mercedes Benz Cla250 and how to install the highest quality and best performance intercooler from Turbokit. I tell you that this installation is plug and play but it requires removing the front bumper, the headlights and moving the front reinforcement bar a little (1/4) since this intercooler is large and it is impossible to install without moving the bar. front reinforcement. Excelente video y muy buenas modificaciones a tu CLA , estoy por adquirir uno y estoy pensando que modifcaciones hacer. De entrada, para tener un mejor sonido seria remover el silenciador, poner un espaciador en la valvula y quitar el silenciador del turbo?

Estás en lo correcto para darle un buen sonido con esas modificaciones ahora si quieres mucho más sonido y potencia dale un upgrade a la válvula y a la turbina viene ya con el manifold solo te faltaría el downpipe y un tuning a la computadora y lo tienes tirando llamas por el escape 🔥🔥🔥

Tuviste algun problema al montar el bumper debido a que se corrio un poco la barra estabilizadora?
Notaste alguna diferencia con respecto al stock intercooler?
el silenciador de la salida caliente del turbo que viene con el kit , con que se asegura? Quedaron fugas?
Saludos amigo, No tuve ningún problema con el bumper solo corrí un poco la barra para poder instalar el intercooler debido a el tamaño, ya que no entra sino mueves la barra un poco, si hay diferencia en tamaño, reducción del 50 % en las temperaturas de entrada de aire, ganancias que alcanzan los 25 HP y 25 TQ por encima de una unidad original (stock), también una entrada de aire más fría y densa que la ECU original, más de 50 HP por encima de las 4500 RPM, sobre el silenciador de la turbina stock lo tienes que retirar ya que el intercooler trae un adaptador que lo reemplaza y se reinstala con los 3 tornillos que ya tiene el stock, honestamente no tengo ninguna fuga ni mucho menos la luz de check engine te lo recomiendo bro !

Did you feel more power or no difference at all?
Yea,You absolutely feel the difference with this intercooler, you get more power, more boost, more response in gears, no more delays in 2 and 3 gears and with the removal of the turbo muffler they improve the power and the sound of the turbo. I highly recommend this intercooler and suggest you install bov to hear the turbo discharge louder.

Como pudiste sacar el intercooler? Yo trate de sacarlo cuando removí el bumper y también desconecte las tuberías y no salió
Saludo amigo, la razón por la que no te salió el intercooler es porque tiene dos clips en las esquinas y para remover el intercooler tienes que jalar de abajo hacia arriba ! Si te fijas en el vídeo a los 0:36 segundos por el lado de donde se desconectan las ganas del intercooler vas a ver el clips que tiene !

@@ntkenjiii Im not sure where is locate in the CLA 45 but I think will be on the turbo hose that connect to the intercooler similar to the CLA 250, and You will need a BOV, remove the resonator in the exhaust it is have one, and also remove the turbo muffler to make it louder.

Not really, since the factory intercooler is supported by the radiator as well, this aftermarket intercooler needs some support for it's size so it needs to be supported by a radiator! So far I haven't had any problems with the intercooler.
