Absolutely, it's a very safe place to live. Well below national averages. Obviously crime happens everywhere to some extent but Martinez doesn't even register on the radar. Ranked the #1 place in Augusta and #2 place ini all of Georgia to buy a home.
Hey Isaac, I appreciate you watching and the feedback. You'd be absolutely right anywhere else in the world. But that is not the case in Augusta GA. The locals mispronounce many things. One of them being Martinez. It's actually pronounced just like to said it in the video. I actually talk about how the locals mispronounce it in the video. But that's how they say it. Take it from me, I was raised there. Didn't realize it was wrong until I grew up and explored the rest of the world. Cheers!
I’d probably see that as a 🚩 if it’s mispronounced and “hey, that’s just the way it is 🤷🏻♀️”. Means it lacks culture and diversity… and you already know what that means “YT nation”

I had to come back from watching a couple of videos on Nebraska real estate, and let it be known that in Omaha Nebraska, there is a city called Papillion. Which is French for butterfly. Now mind you, they did have a butterfly on the water tower, which made me smile, but BUT, I found a couple of videos just to prove another point. Instead of the French way of saying, Pop Pee YOWN, they say Pa-pill-lion like a million gazillion papillion dollars. Oh how that crusheth my heart.... I'm afraid way back, once a word is heard incorrectly, it will be, forever that way. Good grief.
